has air conditioning throughout, 2 large sunny terraces with sea views. Located only 250 m from the beach with beautiful hikes along the coast.

The apartment is on the 5th and last floor with 2 large terraces in a secure day and night complex with 2 swimming pools, with underground parking, elevator, nearby you have a choice of excellent restaurants, shops, bars, bank, pharmacy, doctor, superb shopping complexes, bus stop nearby.

This magnificent apartment has a very beautiful fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer. The living room is furnished with high-end furniture, high-definition television with decoder to receive French, English, German channels and more than 1000 other international channels, DVD.
It has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed with en-suite bathroom, the second with 2 beds, a sofa with an integrated double bed which is located in the living room.

The bathrooms are well equipped with bath / shower. The windows are double glazed, the fully soundproofed walls will ensure that your tranquility and privacy remains intact. Well placed for airports, with Alicante 40 minutes and Murcia 20 minutes, Welcome to the Punta Prima parque recoleta

Enttäuschende Unterkunft La Entrada

Wir hatten 1 Penthouse-Wohnung in Punta Prima Parque Recoleta v. 14.9.24 – 26.09.24 gebucht. Am 11.09.24 wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung aufgrund div. Schäden nicht bezogen werden kann. Stattdessen wurde uns eine andere Wohnung in der Anlage La Entrada zugeteilt. Lt. Vermieter: In seiner schönsten Wohnung mit einer Penthouse Terrasse. Anzeige bei FeWo-direkt heißt: Luxusapartment mit 3 Swimmingpools in einem tropischen Garten mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung hat mit der ursprünglich gebuchten Wohnung wenig gemein. Diese Wohnung liegt an einer Straße, die andere nicht. Die gebuchte Wohnung hatte eine Dachterrasse. Diese nicht. Balkon nur Mittagssonne und von allen Seiten einsehbar. Die versprochene Penthouse Terrasse existierte auch nicht. Wohnung nicht gereinigt. Aus dem Abfluss der Küchenspüle ein fieser Geruch. Der Fliesenboden total verschmiert. Im Küchenbereich alles klebrig. Fenster und Fensterläden verschmutzt. In den Bädern die Dusch- vorhänge mit Stock- und Schimmelflecken bedeckt. Ameisen aus dem Wannenabfluss. Handtücher extrem hart und teilw. verschlissen. Duschgel und Haarshampoo nicht vorhanden. Zimmertüren quietschten und schlossen schlecht. Keine ausreichende Verdunklung im Schlafraum möglich. Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung hat mit Luxus nichts zu tun. Wir haben den Vermieter nach einigen Tagen auf die Probleme angeschrieben. Als Antwort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir uns eine andere Wohnung suchen könnten, die uns glücklich macht. Absolut unverschämt.

Punta Prima

We have friends in the area and previously stayed in Punta Prima May of this year, we loved it so much that we decided to return to the area in September. We were looking for great location and a sunny terrace which is exactly what we got, it was a lovely apartment with everything that you could possibly need and a bit more besides. The host was very helpful and agreed that we could check in early and answered all my questions regarding the apartment before I booked. Justine was great, she came and found us as somehow we ended up at the wrong block of apartments and took us to where we should be! We enjoyed 10 days in the apartment and would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Adres bleek niet overeen te komen. 2e badkamer was nogal rommelig, smoezelig. Niet echt geschikt voor veel personen. Één deken bleek zeer vies. Wel ruim en zonnig terras. Vieze oude BBQ. Tv/radio zenders voldoen ruimschoots. Ruime terrassen. Dicht bij zee. Veel wandelmogelijkheden. Supermarkten en restaurants dichtbij.

Frederick met us near the property he did go though many of tg Frederick met us at the property, he went through many of the items in the apartment we only had a thin sheet on the beds and when it got cold he did come and give us better sheets, we had to leave 12 days be for our schedule departure, my wife collapsed 4 times and the hospital told us to get back to the UK immedietly, she has just had a heart pacemaker. Fitted . In our rush to leave, i forgot my car handbook, I e-mailed Frederick and asked if he would get the handbook and post it to me, said would put 25 euros in-his account for the trouble. i have had no reply, i have confirmed the e-mail was sent to the correct address. Not very helpful. We did enjoy our stay and if possible would return. Thank you

Vacaciones relajadas y tranquilas

El alojamiento es tal y como aparece en el anuncio. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta, menaje completo y con muchos detalles estupendos para encontrarse como en casa pero además en un lugar espléndido. Supermercado Consum y restaurantes a sólo 10' caminando. Hay una pequeña playa cercana de arena pero la playa más grande es de rocas con aguas cristalinas. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia.

Absolutely brilliant !!!

We have had a fantastic holiday , loved the apartment was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need . Anja the key holder picked us up from the airport and welcomed us she was able to recommend some local restaurants which were all lovely . Anja took us back to the airport this morning for our return flight .Would 100 % recommend this apartment .

Vi hade en del bekymmer att hitta rätt, eftersom gatunamnen var svåra att få in på GPS. Men när vi väl fick kontakt med Anja så funkade allt, om än i rasande fart - våra problem att hitta rätt gjorde att hon hade bråttom. Detta gjorde också att en del av informationen om kring lägenheten gick oss förbi. Men Anja ställde upp, och därefter hade vi en härlig tid! Speciellt gladde vi oss - eftersom vi har vissa rörelsehinder - åt den underbara altanen med sol hela dagen.

Een maandje elders wonen

De locatie van het appartement is uitstekend. Vlakbij de kust waar wandelingen prachtig zijn. Wij vonden het groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Met 6 personen zou de kamer, waar een slaapbank staat, wel erg klein worden. Alles was aanwezig en het grote balkon heeft ons laten genieten van het heerlijke weer.

Great Apartment

Great apartment with all the amenities you'll need for a brilliant stay. The beaches are only over the road and restaurants a short walk away, though having a car was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone . Thanks a million

Quiet and nice place

enjoyed our stay - change of property

As we were housed in another property we cannot review the listed property. We were a bit muddled on arrival as we had no wifi on Monday 6th May or until late on 7th May so we did not receive the email from Thierry until Wednesday 8th May to say that there had been a fire in the booked property. However we were not upset by this and enjoyed our stay in the other flat that Thierry had organised for us to stay in. Nice local beach and plenty restaurants. Adequate facilities for making our own meals. The kettle was leaking from the start. We notified Karen but I'm not sure whether she understood our message. We managed by wiping the bottom of the kettle after use and leaving it empty when not in use!! A minor detail. We are glad we had a car and were able to see some of the surrounding area. The property was clean and tidy and had all that we needed. Thank you.

Tolles Apartment in gepflegtem Haus nahe dem Meer

Wir waren nun zum zweiten mal in diesem Apartment, weil wir trotz Suche nichts Besseres gefunden haben. Sehr gut eingerichtet, große Terrasse zur Südseite, Tiefgarage, schöne Umgebung und nahe dem Strand. Wir haben auch den sympathischen Vermieter Thierry persönlich kennengelernt. Eigentlich wollten wir sofort für Februar 2019 wieder buchen - aber da ist das Apartment schon vermietet. Unser Aufenthalt endete leider mit einer kleinen Katastrophe: In der Nacht und am Morgen des 19.11.18 gab es zwei Starkregen/Wolkenbrüche. Das Wasser kam durch das Dach in den Flur und floss unter der Wohnungstür in unser Apartment. Es stand im gesamten Apartment 2-3 cm hoch. Fahrstuhl, Wasser, Elektrizität fielen aus, die Tiefgarage war überflutet - und niemand weit und breit, der sich gekümmert hat. Die wenigen Bewohner waren ratlos. Eine solche Anlage braucht doch einen Hausmeisterdienst!

Comfortable penthouse close to sea

We had a comfortable stay here. It was clean, the bed was nice, everything you could need was there. In the cupboards there were alle kind of things voor cooking, like sauces, oil, herbs and so on. In the bathroom was shampoo, conditioner, sun screen, body lotion etc.Wifi was strong! Nice gesture were the non alcoholic bubbles. Much appreciated!
