Every room in this home has been decorated with a fun, modern, fresh farmhouse style that creates an easy going atmosphere. This home is perfect for a family gathering or a friends getaway. Located in downtown Manson, you are walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants.

The gated community of Wapato Ridge includes the following amenities: A large outdoor heated pool (May through September), a children’s playground for your little people and a multi-sport court for all ages. Conveniently located, you are just steps from the quaint village of “Manson on the Bay”, public swimming and boat moorage on the shores of Lake Chelan, multiple restaurants, wine tasting rooms and so much more!

Beautiful place in a great location!

The property have everything you could need for a fantastic stay! Amazing amenities, great neighborhood, easily walkable, and quiet spot. Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

Perfect spot for Manson getaway

Loved this gorgeous and clean property. We had 3 couples stay there for a wedding we were attending and it was plenty of room. Great location, walking distance to things and easy to get anywhere. Would stay here again!

Great stay!

The townhouse had everything you needed, besides pool/beach towels. So we had to pack our own towels, which isn’t the best since they took up space in our suitcases, and we came from out of state. Great location, only downside is that while you are right next to the Wapato point area, you can’t go into Wapato point since you’re not actually staying in that area past the guard entrance. We loved the accommodations: beds were comfy, pool was great, quiet community. Would definitely stay again!

Great property and location, HOA rules unclear

Absolutely beautiful home, lots of space and well appointed. Really appreciated the little details like having coffee and basic cooking needs available, two porches and BBQ with outdoor eating space, lovely community pool. Only a few small issues: - Scented laundry detergent or fabric softener was a real turn off, we ended up having to rewash each just to be able to use them - cheap/smelly dish detergent products (dawn, “finish” pods) were out of place, consider using better & unscented options - HOA rules were unclear and clarifications took some time; for example, I message several days ahead about the length of the parking pad, but didn’t receive a response until a day after we had arrived telling me that I would have to move my vehicle to the overflow lot. This and several other details were not spelled out in the handbook or information provided ahead of time. Despite these, wonderful property and we had a great time. We had a chance to go to the local swimming area and rent some jet skis within walking distance. 15 Minute drive from Slidewaters and downtown where we spent several days. And lots of time just hanging out with the family in the space. Thanks!

4 senior men on a golf get-away

Great house but 2 problems. 1) outside air quality very unhealthy due to forest fires. Nobody’s fault. Just bad timing for our golf trip. 2) Access code on our front door did not work for our entire stay so we had to leave the door unlocked while we were out. The rental office did try to reset the code but it didn’t work out. We appreciated their attempts though These were minor. Problems and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, excellent neighborhood

Pool was fabulous, lake park 5 minutes away, rental boat 5 minutes away. Home was clean and beautifully decorated.

Great Property for a Family Gathering

We really enjoyed our time here. The unit is very well appointed with everything we needed & the beds were very comfortable. If there was beach access, it would be perfect, but we were able to drive a short distance for good places for paddle boarding and swimming and rented a pontoon boat nearby for a day on the water. The community pool was nice, too, for evening swims. We enjoyed the easy walk to downtown for groceries, ice cream and wine tasting.

Great Home Near Wapato Point

The actual property surprises you positively when you walk in. It's very clean, the Wi-Fi works great, all rooms with TV, Netflix, and great floor space upstairs with large rooms. Also, the community is very well located, close to wineries, a grocery store, and some great restaurants.

Great place for a winter getaway.

This unit was as good as it looked online, and more. We had a group of six adults and it accommodated us perfectly, with room to spare. The kitchen was arguably the best stocked kitchen we have seen in a VRBO rental, which is always a nice discovery. Great location for winter fun in the Chelan area, and an easy walk into Manson. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect size for our group of 8. Great location, quiet, close to town.

When I spoke to the property management on Thursday they were helpful but told me to contact the office on Saturday to inquire about early check-in. I called on Saturday morning and was told no one was available until Monday. I called the number that said “call if you have any questions during your stay”. She told me I could leave a message and someone would get back to me on Monday. I tried to explain that If I needed help it would be Sat to Mon morning but she said that no one was available to help until the time of our check-out.

Awesome Place for family

This beautiful home is cozy, very clean, and has all of the upscaled kitchen appliances! Loved the spacious & open kitchen concept, i spent about 50% of my time in the kitchen, just enjoying cooking haha! Everything about this home is beautiful! Would definitely come back to this home when we are in the area again.

Very clean and nicely remodeled to a modern farmhouse style. Quiet, gated community with a nice pool. Spacious and would highly recommend!

Great Condo!

Beautifully updated condo. Loved having a deck in front and back. It made the condo that much more spacious (though it was plenty spacious already for our group of 5 adults and 5 teens). Only slight knock is lake access isn’t great. But again, the condo was fabulous.

Great place for a family vacation.

The house was clean and perfect for a family vacation. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything. TVs in every bedroom hooked up for streaming! Lots of decks and outside seating.

Wapato Ridge

Great stay at #204. Well appointed with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Walk to Manson Marina and Red Apple Grocery. Wonderful time with our family of 6. Dining on the back deck, visiting on the front deck, cards in the family room- and that's after a day on the lake! We'll be back.

Super place to stay.

Completely remodeled. Outstanding place to stay. Five of us came to ride our bicycle the area. This place was perfect. Having a 2 car garage for the bicycles was a bonus. Great kitchen lots of pots, pan, silverware & dishes. We all had good nights sleep in comfortable beds. I wished I owned it.

Great Stay!

Perfect spot for our two families for vacation! The unit itself is beautifully redone. We loved it! Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!
