Independent house with air conditioning on a large plot with private pool

Rental only for the fortnight posted to know from August 3, 2019 to August 17, 2019, thank you.
On a plateau cultivated with vineyards, between Sarrians and Vacqueyras, in the countryside and very quiet, air-conditioned house, completely independent, with private pool completely, without any opposite, equipped with a solar shower: rent listed in city hall and the tourism office. The house is divided into two dwellings with ONLY the lease will be busy. The pool, 9 m by 4 m, electrolysis will be exclusively reserved for renting and the property will be occupied only by tenants.
The house of 61 m² is well equipped, for 2 or 3 adults, on the floor of a house which is on a large wooded land (7700 m²) partially grassed, in the countryside and excluding subdivision. Of the property, overlooking Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles (15 minutes drive). Start walking or bike rides along the canal. Meals can be taken in the shade of oaks and next to the barbecue (there is more portico as in the photos) or on the balcony of 8 m² on which is a table, chairs and umbrella, facing south .
Village 15 kms from Carpentras and Orange, 25 kms Avignon (festival during this period). Quick access to the wine route (Beaumes de Venise, Gigondas, Vacqueyras ...) and sightseeing (Séguret, Vaison la Romaine, Isle sur la Sorgue, the Luberon ...).
Dining room double living room (1 sofa-bed 1 place) of 23m ², room that can serve as second room because independent of the rest of the apartment. Reversible climate control.
Independent kitchen of 10 m² with plenty of storage, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and espresso, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, food processor ....
A room of 11m ² with a big bed (in 160, mattress with firm support) and big cupboard.
A bathroom with tub and shower screen of 6.50 m².
Separate toilet.
