Location is great - direct access to the beach, nice pool area, walking distance to shops and restaurants, very walkable area. Condo is well appointed, and kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. Grounds are nicely maintained, and there are plenty of grills for cooking out. The location was not as crowded as other places where friends stayed, which was nice. We had a great stay with our adult kids!

Naples provides the true getaway we were looking for. Absolutely gorgeous beach just steps away from the room. Shopping was only minutes away along with great restaurants. Our host Cherie was wonderful and we hope to be back soon.

Great Location

Being steps from the ocean AND near the Shops at Venetian was awesome. Cherie is such a great host. She managed expectations about work in the common areas during our February stay. The renovated lobby and courtyard are looking great. She was very responsive and accommodating as small issues occurred. We look forward to returning to this property. Really enjoyed sunsets (from beach or deck) without having to leave the property.Chris

Our 2nd stay at this condo. Perfect all around.

My family have wintered in Naples since 1981, but I go in summer, and the heat isn't a problem at all when you're on the beach! We're happy to have found Cherie's condo at NCC. I think she has the most talented house cleaners anywhere, the condo is immaculate. The decor is fresh and new, the layout is open from kitchen to LR and DR and spacious and functional. The bedrooms are large too and each have new, clean en suite bathrooms. Kitchen has a full supply of tools, pans and basics, you just need to go to the supermarket or bring home leftovers and you're set. Location is walking distance to Venetian Village shops and restaurants. Short driving distance to Old Naples, to Publix and the mall, to a plentiful stores and essentials on Tamiami Trail. Naples is unique in that its in-town neighborhoods are nature filled, quiet, but still close to amenities. Each summer I bring our young teen son for a month typically to see my elderly father who is in assisted living. Staying at NCC makes it so easy to be able to take your kid out to swim every day in the Gulf, while dodging summer storms, and seeing family and going to other activities. I need to praise the NCC building staff and community too. Having a history and connection to Naples, I'm especially impressed at what a strong, warm, kind community of residents are found at NCC. I enjoyed talking to any residents I met. The residents and the friendly attentive front desk staff obviously genuinely care about the building which is well maintained (I never see cracks in walls or spots of concern,) and the environmental stewardship. It's the cleanest beach I've ever visited, you'll never see plastic washing ashore like in Southampton. Anyone who visits, keep in mind you're just that, a visitor in a building that is full of people's homes. Most the renters were great in that regard and lovely people, a lot of families this summer. I appreciate the "quiet hours" rule for 10pm to the AM. I'm a vacation tenant not an owner but I always prefer by far staying in a building that is mostly owner occupied. That's my father's preference for us as well when we visit. This unit and NCC earn a high recommend from my family.

We have stayed at the Continental Club for many years and this is the first time an owner has not given us the right of first refusal for booking the following year. 99% of owners have this policy except this owner.

Wonderful property and stay

This is a wonderful property right on the beach in Naples. The description was very accurate, very clean and comfortable. There were extras to enjoy the beach (chairs, noodles,) well-functioning HVAC and wifi, gorgeous view, etc. It was easy to get items (e.g. groceries, shopping bags, luggage, etc.) from car to condo with carts and trolleys. . The beds were very comfortable, as well as the rest of the house for enjoyment. Well-kitted out kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Love the complimentary condo. Very well-kept common areas, including complimentary laundry rooms on every floor. Pool area is attended to every morning so that things are neat and tidy. Common library has a nice collection. We are four active seniors, all family members. We enjoy Naples at this time of year (April - May) because the Gulf warms up enough to have great swimming sessions. This condo allows people with different beach interests to come and go as they please, walk right out to the beach, and not just rely on a car to get everyone to agree to a time. We enjoyed swimming, beach walks, seeing manatees, dolphins, fish, etc. This condo made it very easy to enjoy the beach. We very much appreciated that other condo residents and local management all seemed like very nice, friendly people. We loved the basic set-up on the beach where the chickee (tiki) hut provides shade when guests have had enough sun. The pool is nicely heated and kept very clean. Rest room areas are right by the pool area. Pool exercise group every morning at 9. Cheri provides great communication, both before and during the stay. I would be happy to stay in any condo she is associated with (she has more than one.) Our only disappointment is that the long-time guests "took back" that condo for next year. We hope to manage a return visit sometime in the future when scheduling works out.

What a view

The condoā€™s location could not have been any better. The sound of the waves can be heard from inside the unit and more predominantly from the balcony. The pool was clean and never very crowded. The gym was nice but could use a few more machines possibly a rowing machine. The cleanliness of the condo was wonderful with all necessary appliances, cooking utensils, pans and cleaning supplies. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and only wish it were available next year. Thanks Cherie for making our vacation do special.

Fantastic Condo

We stayed here two weeks over Xmas & New Years. It's a remarkably comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped condo. The view NW of the beach is gorgeous, all the future is homey comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. (The only problem is that the stove is electric, which those of us who cook with gas find exasperating. If you use gas, you might want to do what we do and bring an electric skillet.) The location is perfect, a 15 minute walk from Venetian Village, where there's a good Italian restaurant, and short drive from Publix, Whole Foods, and Fresh Market, and a short drive from Escargot 41, an incredible French restaurant. A couple of things I wish we'd known in advance: the assigned parking place is #44 on the south side of the building, there are luggage carts in a closet near the south elevator, and the electronic pass keys don't work before 0600.

Perfect stay for outdoor life on beautiful beach

My family have been in Naples since 1981, and I went to visit my elderly dad with my pre-teen son in summer 2021. We live in NYC. The building, the beach, the #614 unit were perfect for getting exercise and keeping my son outside and happy the whole stay. We didn't miss any of the indoor places/activities we shunned this year. The unit is clean, newly renovated, very comfortable mattresses. Wonderful owner, responsive. We'll be back definitely. The location is excellent, great beach, it's a short drive to good restaurants, shopping in Park Shore area, the mall, Old Naples. Building overall is visibly to my eye, in really good condition. I was happy with what I saw. Parking is outside not underneath, which is preferable for waterfront structures. Front desk security people were courteous and helpful. Laundry is outside in breezeway hallway just a few steps from unit, no coins needed, very easy in summer anyway. High recommend, without hesitation!

We just had a lovely stay at this condo!

The condo is well located, clean and comfortable. The host was easy to reach and accommodating. We didn't rent a car and it was a quick Uber ride to the grocery store and several good restaurants are within walking distance. It's right on a beautiful beach with nice walks in either direction. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely condo in perfect location on the beach

If you are looking for a tastefully renovated condo on the beach in Naples with a wonderful host, I highly recommend this property. My husband and I stayed her in February 2020. The condo is right on the beach with a great view and close to all the amenities in Naples. The hostess is gracious and easy to contact. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely consider coming back.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, and good property.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Property pictures make the condo appear somewhat larger than the actual space. The master bed was comfortable, and the condo is very well equipped. Onsite personnel were very friendly, and helpful. On the other hand, it looks like one of the washing machines was worn/outdated. It appears to have left rust spots on some clothes? And, some of our email was missed/delayed. I/we can highly recommend this condo and resort.

Oh, so comfortable and relaxing!

This building is our favorite, has all the amenities and convenience you could want. Cherie's apartment was the icing on the cake. It is beautifully updated, with all the comforts of home (and none of the work!). We unpacked, let out a sigh of relief, and simply relaxed for the entire stay. Easy to work with, Cherie is delightful as well. Will definitely return, again and again!

This unit is an 8 floor building so it is not too large but has all the amenities you would like from a building. It has a workout area, common area with kitchen and tables, outdoor grilling nooks, tv area, and pool table. This building is unique in that the pool deck directly meets the beach so you are able to relax on the pool deck with a direct beach view.
