course, several islands, and 3 different restaurants. The public boat landing is
just down the road.

Paved roads all the way to our property! The brand new TIOGA RECREATION
AREA TRAIL ENTRANCE IS ONE BLOCK AWAY. 5 miles (a quick drive in) to
local breweries, wine bar, shopping, Forest History Center, and all the festivals
and great activities that Grand Rapids has to offer.
There is a paved boat landing within (1) mile from our property and we have
a large turn-a-round driveway.
