One Bedroom King Bed condo-hotel unit, about 370 square foot with a private bathroom in a beautiful Spanish colonial style building built in 1926 as a 300 + unit hotel. You will have the unit to yourself. Fresh linens, towels, coffee machine and K-Cups, we even have beach chairs and umbrella. There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink you may want for your stay at the beach.

-Wifi in unit and throughout building (average speed is 10/5) good enough for standard use, may not be suitable for all work applications (Note; this system may not support video conferencing) it works for general surfing and email.
-AC and Dehumidifier that you control
-Iron and mini iron board
-Keyless entry with Key fob for late night access to the building
All you need are your clothes. If you need supplies, just walk across the street to the Publix supermarket. They even have prepared foods and wine.
Corvid 19 requirements; all visitors/guests to our building will be required to wear face masks at all times while in the lobby, hallways and elevators. Please bring appropriate face wear for your visit.
The pool is open with a limit on the number of guests and social distancing required.
