Enjoy a small private balcony where you can take in the coastal breezes and shared access to an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck, and several grills to use on summer afternoons.

This condo is perfectly located for beach-goers, shopping enthusiasts, and golfers. It sits between the Myrtlewood Golf Club, one mile northwest, and the Pine Lakes Country Club, one mile east. The ocean beach is only two miles away, as are Broadway at the Beach, WonderWorks, Ripley's Aquarium, and a wealth of shopping, dining, and entertainment options for all ages.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location and distances from the beach and attractions are excellent. Did not have access to the pool due to unavailability of necessary fob. Overall good place to stay.

Great spot in a quiet area

I stayed here for a long weekend a few weeks back, and really enjoyed the condo. It’s a decent sized building, but the unit is isolated enough for great privacy and quiet nights. Wish I could have stayed longer to check out the pools. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for the weekend for the Myrtle beach marathon. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. Only 7 minutes to the start line.

Beautiful space & well located, but most was unresponsive about necessary repairs.

Dishwasher had a couple of inches of stagnant water in the bottom that was molding and stank up the place. Multiple complaints yielded nothing. Really soured an otherwise beautiful vacation.

Had a great trip! Enjoyed it just as much as beach front! Parking was PHENOMENAL. Just pull up and walk to your rental! My frenchie loved it! It was super important that he came with me! And we had such a great time! The whole property is soo clean! My dog loved the fluffy golf grass!! Thank you so much as a woman traveling alone with pet company!! ALSO we attended the Halloween bash at the avenue/ was legit 4 min drive to Broadway at the beach!!!

it was a very old condo with no upgrades. Cheap mattress, old appliances, tiny tv's. Back in the day it would have been very nice. Now, completely out of date. And no internet codes provided

Dirty Broken TV & internet didn’t work

The carpet had stains everywhere, the couches were also badly stained, no linens for sofa bed, kitchen was dirty, master bed had lettuce on it, hall door was broken and fell on my son. Also balcony has a huge opening that my dog who is 28 lbs almost fell through.

Frustrating communication with vacasa and moldy vents

The minute we walked into the condo you are hit with the smell of must/mold. The vents were moldy and you could see it within the vents and that it had been painted over in the bathroom. We found a sock and empty water bottle in the bedroom and the floors felt sandy. We needed a fob to access the pool and weren’t able to get one from vacasa until 2 days in. It was noted in visitor book that the prior stay had the same issue and it was never addressed before our stay. The dishwasher was broken and we were not informed of that until they wanted someone to come in and install a new one during our stay. I had to call vacasa multiple times and text multiple times to get the fob to access the pool. It was only addressed when I asked for compensation.

Beautiful space, well located, but unresponsive about needed repairs

This space was beautiful and well located. But the place stank. We called as soon as we got there to complain. Waited 1 hr on hold to talk to someone then gave up and tried to contact via txt. No resolution. Couple of days later I found the source when I tried to run the dishwasher and it dumped about half of 2" of stagnate water stuck in the bottom of the dishwasher all over the kitchen floor. I called the emergency number, cleaned the mess up, washed all the bath towels that were needed for the flood, then did the dishes by hand. They were moldy at this point. My complaint was taken and I gave permission for someone to enter the premises to make repairs. Nothing happened. 2 days later, I msged again and was told the manager knows and will do something when they can. Meanwhile, I was stuck in a very smelly and moldy apartment for the entire stay. No one even came to simply drain the dishwasher. Really soured an otherwise lovely vacation.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this charming one-bedroom apartment. The space was a great size—comfortable, well-organized, and clean. The fully equipped kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances made it easy to prepare breakfast, which I really appreciated.Everything felt efficient and thoughtfully set up, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable, which was a big plus. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful from start to finish.Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo with good location.

The condo was nice and spacious. It was clean except for a coating of dust/dirt on the ceiling fan. I notified the lady who came to clean upon checkout, so hopefully that is now clean. These are not "luxury accommodations" but very nice and comfortable. I would recommend this condo and/or stay there again.
