Cleanliness & Safety is our top priority. We’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. All rooms are being ventilated to allow fresh air to circulate before the cleaning process begins. HEPA Air purification is provided throughout the home. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis with EPA approved cleaning solutions and methods. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority.

Perfect for all family living & gatherings! 2 Master suites & one w/private entrance! All bathrooms are new w/ subway tile surrounds, new cabinets & Quartz countertops!! Bedrooms are all new furniture and tastefully decorated with accommodations for 8 guests. Free High Speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Plan meals around the fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with gas cooking & SS appliances! Beautiful Quartz countertops & Custom cabinets w/roll out drawers & Large Pantry. Kitchen island overlooks the family room area.

Excellent! Perfect! The right fit!

The home was excellent, very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The fire pit made the icing on the cake! It was great. We spent most of our time out on the patio. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and clean. Would definitely try to rent this place again next year. We really enjoyed ourself. It was like home away from home. There was no need to contact the owner as everything was perfect. I'll emails were answered very quickly before check in. Thank you!

Comfortable with central location

My family and I stayed here during a long visit to the Phx/Scottsdale area. The house was very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for cooking etc., and the backyard was great for my boys to play in. The cpl times I did need to reach out to the owner, he was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing location and super comfortable

This home has it all! Central to everything and not too far from the airport, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Jim's home. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and the backyard is delightful to relax after long days of driving. Everyone was comfortable in the roomy 4 bedrooms. Would definitely recommend!

Great Property

The house is great - it seems more spacious than the square footage indicates. We loved the back yard and enjoyed a lot of time out there grilling, sitting around the fire pit, and enjoying t.he mountain view. There is a Safeway nearby and pletny of restaurant options close by. We enjoyed multiple trips to North Mountain Park to hike, including a sunrise hike which was beautiful. Piestewa Peak and the Phoenix Mountain Range is also very close. The property manager was very responsive and everything was clean and nice (it looks like it might have been remodeled recently). We have family in that area, and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place for family groups!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, attractive, centrally located, and was well stocked with the basics. We especially loved the enclosed back yard with plenty of seating and a fire pit! We spent lots of time out there, and since it was enclosed my 1 year old grand-daughter could run around safely. We enjoyed several restaurants that were within walking distance: Ladera Cocina y Taverna; North Mountain Brewing Company (some of the best beer we've ever had); and Little Miss BBQ. We were also very close to trails at the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and went on several hikes there. We also enjoyed the Desert Botanical Garden and the Heard Museum (Native American art) both of which are within a 20 minute drive. My daugher in law loved the washing machine, and now wants one like it ha ha .We really appreciated that all of the appliances were in excellent working order. We would definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back to the area.

Centrally Located Vacation Home

My husband and I stayed in this centrally located, well-appointed home for a month. We had both our adult children and some of our friends stay with us. Both my husband and I worked part of the time and the Wi-Fi worked well. The house is nicely remodeled and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the many different sitting areas in the backyard and being so close to a walking trail (half-block away on 10th street, follow path to canal walking path that goes for miles and miles). There are several very good restaurants close by. We really enjoyed Ladero's for Mexican food (I went 4 times!) and Timo's wine bar. Both are just down the street less than a mile. It is easy to get around from this home and only about 15 minutes from the airport. We had a great time and would recommend it.

Mountain retreat

Property was just as described. Kitchen well equipped for use. Owner responded quickly to issues. Quiet area for being right in Phoenix. Traveled to Phoenix for a mini reunion great place to rest and relax after long days with family and sightseeing.

Very nice home.

4 golfers shared this home for 4 nights and it worked out beautifully. Nice clean house with a great backyard. Really enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful experience renting from Jim and his wife Teresa. The home was beautiful. Within walking distance to shops and grocery. Couldn't ask for a better location with the views of the mountains all the way around. They were wonderful hosts.
