5-person apartment at the foot of the slopes

Very nice apartment for 5 persons of 28m² located at the foot of the slopes at Pla d'Adet in the municipality of Saint-Lary Soulan 50M from the first ticket office and the big chairlift taking on the whole area which is composed of 3 parts, the Pla Adet where our apartment is, Saint-lary 2400M and Espiaube. It is 200m from the center of the resort and the ski school with magnificent views of the valley of Saint-Lary Soulan, a shuttle stops 50M from our apartment to go directly to the area of Espiaube and Saint -Lary 2400M.

Our apartment has been redone from floor to ceiling in 2007 and has been refreshed and relooked this year for the main room since it is maintained twice a year, once before the winter season and once before the season summer which included wholesale full cleaning, change of mattress and pillow protections and replacement of worn or broken equipment.

In 2019 change of sofa bed, curtains and coffee table and painting walls of the main room.

It consists of an entrance with sleeping area 3 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, cumulus 200L and heated towel rail, a separate toilet and a living room with kitchenette fully equipped with hob electric, refrigerator with freezer 15L integrated, multifunction oven (microwave, convection oven and grill), coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue, a LED TV 80cm, a click- high comfort sofa, an electric shutter and a balcony.
