A few minutes of Grignan is the small village of Monsegur on Lauzon in the heart of the Drôme Provençale. Made in 2016, the cottage Garance is a set of exception. On a plot of 2000 m2, facing Mont Ventoux, the Royal, a 230 sqm villa features upscale amenities within which you will find an infinity pool of 9X4 m secured overlooking the Mediterranean garden. For relaxation you can also enjoy the Spa to relax.
Royal is fully air-conditioned villa with facilities and high quality services. The ground floor is organized around a vast living space; living room, dining room, kitchen that opens onto a huge terrace with a large bay window with direct access to the heated pool. This space lit by a skylight is particularly appreciated by the layout and the equipment of its rather exceptional kitchen unit which combine ergonomics and design. The lounge, relaxing is decorated with white leather sofas where it is nice to prolong the evenings. This place friendly living is complemented by a room dedicated to relaxation with a magnificent spa of 5 places. A master suite with dressing room and en suite bathroom nestles on the west side of the house.
