Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Also, when leaving the condo you walk into an atrium and not the elements, this is great if staying in the winter months or when it happens to rain!!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in orange beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom.

New living room and bedroom furniture in 12/18.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



Located just steps from the elevators and parking garage! Park on the same floor as the condo!!



We also have another 2br and 1br on this floor should you need more space.

The ice maker did not work, the tv in the spare bedroom was not hooked up. The swing latch on the door was broken off making the door not secure. The whole condo needed a good cleaning. The coffee pot was nasty. We are waiting on a refund as we did not stay.

We have stayed at Phoenix X for several years but this rental was by far the worst. The photos on the website appeared to be quite old because some of the furnishings were not as they appeared in the photos. Many of the furnishings need to be replaced. The couch in the living room was sagging due to a broken support. There were other issues such as a broken HDMI cable and the icemaker not working. I called immediately upon check-in about these issues, left a message but no one called me back. I finally reached them through a message on VRBO. They did send out a repairman immediately. Overall the unit was not cleaned that well and like I said it needs new furnishings.

We’ve stayed at the Phoenix x often and this condo was unfortunately so disappointing. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The floors were so dirty, my daughter had black all over her hands and knees from crawling. We had to sweep and clean so that she wouldn’t put the leftover mess in her mouth. An aspirin pill in the bathroom, Cheerios everywhere and crumbs.

Location was great . Unit was in bad need of a modern upgrade. Appliances are outdated. furniture was older and washer dryer was bad noisy. Seamed to be all about the profit and not the quality.

Great location for access to live muy

The ability to walk to the famous Flora-Bama bar was the best. Live music, fun crowd and good drinks. Also a short drive to Gulf Shores State park with miles of hiking and biking trails. Lots of great restaurants s short walk or drive away. Beautiful beaches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean condo !! We enjoyed our stay and we will be staying at the Phoenix X again! Great location !! The condo did need some attention, but it did not hamper our vacation. The closet door in main bedroom needs to be fixed. I suggest they get a can opener! The beach was fabulous!!!

A Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this unit because we liked the convenience of having parking on the same level as our condo and we knew what we wanted in a place to stay for the week. This condo allowed us to sit on the balcony, enjoying the sunrise and sunset without coffee. Our kids were able to enjoy time in the hot tubs and pools as well as being steps away from the beautiful beach. Cons: When we arrived there was a roach on the kitchen floor but didn't see any the rest of the time. The beds were still has hard as what they were last time as well as but a suggestion would be to offer a mattress topper for those who prefer their mattress a little softer. Also upon arrival we noticed the balcony sliding screen was off the track and the drawer in the 2 queen bedroom was still broke from the last time we visited. Although those things were broke, those are minor and we still had an amazing vacation with awesome weather. We will be back for the 3rd time.

Great property! Some furniture needs updating

Clean and spacious condo. Location and amenities were great. Kids loved the indoor pool & hot tubs, as the water temps were still a little cold in early April. We also got the treat of watching a beach concert held next door at Florabama from our balconies. Only negatives were some older furniture that needs updating. The master bed is extremely firm, not comfortable at all in our opinion. One balcony chair is rusting/breaking, and the couch could use a good cleaning. Overall it was a great stay for multiple families all renting separate condos! BBQ area was nice for a big group in the evenings!

Great place and great location

The condo itself needs a little updating, hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful, the guest bathroom had running toilet issues and the tub got clogged. They fixed right away, but it was a pain. Wasn’t thrilled with the bathrooms. Overall, loved the location and we had a great time.

The beds and bathrooms were clean but the furniture and rug were very dirty. Also, it was quite dusty. We called maintenance for a broken lamp, a bathroom outlet that didn't work, a broken clock and a light above the sink that didn't work. This place needs some TLC.

Girls trip 2023!

The location and the view is perfect. Walking distance to a few establishments. The condo was not clean at all. I spent the first few hours I was there cleaning and washing bedding. Toilet is double room wasn’t flushing. Still wasn’t fixed by time we left. Blood on toilet in double room. Blood on bedding. Furniture in living room needs to be deep cleaned and so does rug. We did get our cleaning deposit refunded. Hopefully these issues will be addressed and fixed for the next group. I did report mold on shower curtain in double room and a new one was brought to us and maintenance came and cleaned up mold.

Both in guest room. I called the # on the email to let them know the next day as we got there late afternoon. No answer left a message about the condition of the guest room. No one responded back. Told the front desk and they said that room wasn’t managed by them. We just slept in the other bed. No one ever got back with us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was located in a perfect location. All else was marginal at best. Fees are excessive. For example: Paid $150 for housekeeping 3 nights and the room wasn’t serviced during the stay. Place needed deep cleaned, a coat of paint, and furniture that wasn't broken. Sofa was broken down and filthy. The furniture on the balcony was brown. Noticed broken drawer pulls and other issues. Wouldn’t recommend this unit.

Condo was Meh :/

Pictures looked great…Condo was very clean, and they left fresh flowers which was so very sweet! The facilities at Phoenix X were very nice. My only real complaints are the balcony furniture was pitiful and according to reviews has been that way for a while. I enjoy sitting in the balcony so this was quite a bummer for me. Also the King Size bed in the Master was horrible!!! The mattress felt like it “used” to be a pillowtop in maybe like 1985, but is now very hard and super uncomfortable. The headboard was also not attached well and it hit the wall every time you moved. By far the worst sleeping arrangement I have ever had at any condo in the Gulf Shores Orange Beach area. Phoenix X was a nice place but LOTS of people and LOTS of kids, which is not a bad thing but I would not recommend if you want a relaxing couples only weekend. It was loud EVERYWHERE and at 1:00 am people were still partying by the pool. Probably will never stay here again as it was expensive and not worth the price.

The furnishings were badly worn. The shower curtain was mildewed. The outdoor furnishings ripped. The patio floor was filthy. The beds were doable because I brought my own pillows and blankets. One towel in guest bathroom so if you are renting this unit bring towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pots. Television was broken in living room. It took two days to get a replacement. This condo is on satellite tv so many of the stations do not operate most of the time.

Disappointed

Upon arrival, beds unmade and no linens. Commode guest bath would not flush. Sink stopped up, had to plung commode and sinkevery time it was used. Lounge chair on balcony was totally busted. Sofa cushions on one sofa were dirty and soiled, on the other the sofa cushion were on the busted lounger on balcony. Coffee pot old and fragile. Ice maker made very little ice. Beds have a very annoying squeak every time i moved. However, The condo had a great view of the beach. We made do of what we had and enjoy the beach and restaurants and shopping. Owner Great Not Clean

The owner was great on communication and was very accommodating. The condo was nice (as advertised) but it was not cleaned well before our arrival.
