Spacious in-law suite with kitchen and private entrance

Hello SallyAnn - I'm very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. For each of your concerns, we would have been happy to address if you had let us know during your stay. When my husband inquired whether everything was to your satisfaction, you said everything was fine and didn't mention that you needed any of these things. To address each of your points....first, our listing states that the laundry room is in a different section of the house and that we are happy to coordinate with guests to use it. Second, we don't demand that our guests thoroughly clean up after their stay as we take care of all the washing up, so we only leave limited cleaning supplies in the guest suite (disinfectant wipes, spray, toilet bowl brush, dishwashing supplies). If you wanted any additional supplies we would have been happy to provide them. Third, I'm really sorry to hear that you got sick. We never have received any other complaints of not having a TV in each bedroom. Again, if we had known, we would have happily moved the TV upstairs for you so you could have been more comfortable. Overall, we strive to provide a very high level of service for our guests and are disappointed that we were not made aware of these concerns so we could address them during your stay. In the future, I encourage you to closely read the terms and conditions for anywhere you are booking, as we clearly documented things like the laundry room. We also clearly state in the listing and the guide that smoking is strictly prohibited inside, and based on the smell you had clearly ignored that house rule.
