Spacious in-law suite with kitchen and private entrance

Home away from home. This private, spacious guest suite is over 1,400sqft and includes two bedrooms, kitchen, living area, fireplace, and outdoor stone patio overlooking our scenic 3 acre property. A whole house backup generator is installed so there will be no loss of power during any outage.

We are new to VRBO but experienced with short and long term rentals.

Travelers who are not satisfied by standard hotel internet speeds can take advantage of our Giga-bit speed internet

Peaceful and quiet rural setting yet easy and quick access to many nearby places of interest.

2.5 miles to Great Valley Corporate Center
4.5 miles to downtown Phoenixville
7.5 miles to Exton mall
8 miles to Greater Philadelphia Expo Center
10.5 miles to King of Prussia mall

Guest suite is attached to main house but separated by the garage and laundry room. Doors between guest suite and main house will be locked during your stay. Dogs live on the property.

NOTE: WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER ARE IN A SEPARATE PART OF THE HOUSE AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE CURRENTLY

Great stay!

The house and property are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Everything you could need for a small family. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked future dates immediately. The hosts are very friendly and the guest house is very private.

Wonderful stay

The house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need. The beds are great. Jillian is a fabulous host and very responsive. The area has a lot to offer.

SURPRISED

Imagine my surprise when .. Did not think I had to ask , with a seven day visit, if there was a washer and dryer. I guess I had to and there was not a laundry room .... not to mention I could not wash my sheets or towels. The two bedroom 1 bath was nice upstairs but there were no TVs in either bedroom. Something else, "I have never had to check and see if" .... I wound up getting a bad cold during my visit and had to spend more time than I thought at the rental but spent my time laying on the sofa just to watch TV. Very uncomfortable. There were wasps on the slider curtains, not to mention dead flies on the window sills and lady bugs crawling on the walls. I would have mopped and cleaned but there was not even a broom, duster or mop. No sprays for the counter or toilet bowl cleaner. Lesson learned ... I will definitely ask more questions next time.

Great place

Very happy with our choice to stay here. It is extremely clean and spacious, plus the owner was quick to answer any questions. Will definitely stay again on any return visits.

Beautiful setting

We loved the area and great yard and were treated to seeing deer every day we were there. It was great to find a place with two queen beds, since we were two couples. Amenities and WiFi were as advertised and owners were great to work with. Refund of our deposit was made the day after we left, which was much appreciated. Loved the place, but would have liked a half bath downstairs to save walking stairs quite so much. Also, 4 outside chairs would have been nice, rather than just 2, and the coffee maker was not user friendly, but everything else was superb. The setting was exactly what we hoped for.

Heaven in the hills

We were on the way to visit family and wanted a good place to stop and hit some great kayaking and biking spots. We paddled and bikes at lock 60 park and kayaked marsh creek reservoir. The unit is big and cozy. Hosts were awesome. It’s in the country and close to wonderful towns with eateries and bars. We had an excellent experience I highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our family and Jillian was great to work with!

The property was perfect for our family while we were in the area for a lacrosse area! We enjoyed the beautiful back yard, the kids were able to throw the lacrosse ball, while my husband and I sat on the patio and watched! My son enjoyed watching the deer walk through the backyard while eating his breakfast in the morning too! If we are in the area again, we will be renting this property for sure!

Close to All

We lived very close to this home, but recently relocated. When we return to visit friends and family, we feel right at home again. Very private setting on a lovely farmette. Danny and Jillian are delightful folks. The suite is large and has everything you’ll need. We will be back soon

Superior!

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our small family. They also allowed pets which was a plus for us, as we brought my husband work dog this trip. The property was beautiful and very quiet. The highlight for my toddler was seeing a deer and wild turkey roaming the property. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to West Chester. Very close to grocery store, Starbucks and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Everything stated in the description was just how it was. It was truly a home away from home. We will stay again as we travel to this area often to visit family. I Highly recommend this property over a hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely rural hideaway

A really spacious apartment in a great location if you love nature and enjoy watching the deer and the birds out through the window. Great comfortable beds and beautiful bed linen and towels.
