Lakefront home with boat slip, fire pit and golf cart, and Tesla charger, located across 9A from Carlton Landing. Fully furnished four (4) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, over-sized patio with breathtaking views of Lake Eufaula. Two king beds, one queen bed, and four bunk beds. Fire pit is surrounded by rocking chairs. Golf cart provided to ride to the dock. There are two slips on the shared dock for our guests to use. WiFi access and Smart TV. Make memories of a lifetime in the home we share with you! Perfect for fishing tournaments, family vacations, and relaxing.

We really enjoyed the house on our stay. Everything was there that we needed. There were so many light switches lol. The ice machine was a great amenity. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Beautiful lakefront property

The house is very comfortable and had everything that we needed for a memorial day weekend with friends. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit along with the lake views. The beds and living room were a very comfortable place to relax.

Nice property. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. There were flies in the window sills, 3 pairs of socks in a magazine basket in the living room, a pair of shoes in front of the fireplace and several varieties of half used sample size shampoo bottles in the shower left by previous guests. Other than that, the property was clean. The location ìs nice with a good view. Unfortunately we weren't able to access the boat dock due to high water.

Overall it is a great place to stay.

Great place! Communication with the owner was great. Beds were comfortable. We were disappointed the boat slip was not available. The only down side for the house is grill and pots and pans need to be replaced.

When we got to the property, the house we had booked was not ready. When I talked with Tricia she was very accommodating and for the same price offered the house next door, which was a bigger house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook again.

Great Vacation, clean home, fully stocked

We had a nice relaxing stay! The home was clean, peaceful, and fully stocked with everything needed plus some. I loved the ice maker! Master shower was amazing, lots of seating, Wi-Fi worked great, etc. we had zero issues. My son left an expensive pair of sunglasses and she was kind enough to look for them, found them and is mailing back to us, such an honest and kind thing to do. Thank you we enjoyed your home

Fishing trip

The house is nice and has good amenities and is well stocked. The only problem we ran in to was 1/2 the lights didn’t work and most of the outside lights didn’t work. Other than that the house is as advertised. Nice supply of wood for outdoor fire pit

Great location right on the water with a huge yard and fire pit. The lay out of the house was nice for everyone. The grill was not working but the new one had arrived. Communication was good except the dock was not available and we didn’t know until reading a prior review had to use a slip at the marina which affected our overall experience. Would stay again if the slip is repaired.

Wondeful stay for birthday

The property is beautiful. The golf cart was extra handy running back and forth from the dock. The house is actually 4 bedrooms and they have added a bed insteaf of a couch in the extra room. That was a pleasant surprise since we had couples traveling with us. The location is great. The guest bath did not have great water pressure, but the master was good. We had a last minute change in travel plans and had to adjust our dates slightly and Tricia was super accommodating. The games in the garage are a nice touch. The beds were very firm, but some may like that. The neighbors seem a little leery of guests, but that's understandable. We did say hello when we ran into them chatting with another neighbor at the start of the cart path. Overall, it was fantastic. Thank you for having the home available for boat travelers!

Great location and home but had water problems

Overall, it was a very relaxing weekend and the home is very nice along with the furnishings. Golf cart is a must and greatly appreciated the use of it. Couple of things: 1) the water in bathrooms didnt drain well. One sink in master would fill up if left water on but other was ok. Spare shower our guests had ankle deep water by time through with shower. This was not a pleasant experience and definitely not expected given how much we paid for 2 nights incl cleaning and fees. Plus, we didnt want the limited time we had be taken up waiting on a plumber. 2) I wish there was mention of how shallow the water is around the suggested boat ramp(2' in some places and not marked). Spots around approach to the included boat dock fall under 4' at spots too. Never ran aground but if water level drops much it'll be an issue.

Great house and enjoyed our stay

The location was key to our choosing. Close friends in longtown. We also decided this place for our yearly eufaula visit because of the included dock slip. However, prior to our stay, the dock was damaged and still not fixed by our stay in July 2021. Our friends down the st let us use their dock slip, so some added hassle. The neighbor has quite the reputation on being rude to short term renters and thinking he owns the lake and property around. Maybe he is preventing repairs of the dock. The house was great. Plenty of room for 5 adults to stay for our week fishing trip. The deck was great and a nice view. Would be cool if owners put in their own dock straight out behind their 2 homes. Gentle slope to the water. Could beach your boat out back but I was no comfortable beaching my $70k boat. Beds were comfortable and large common areas for visiting. The grill was in really bad shape, the bottom fell out completely from rust. I believe they just got a new one delivered the day after we left. Kitchen could use some more typical utensils and other common items for preparing and cooking food. The ice maker in the garage was game changer! That was awesome to have. Greatly enjoyed our stay here and will hope to get this place every year from here on out instead of our old place. Thanks for sharing with us!

Annual Girls Trip

Three generations of women gather every year at an Oklahoma lake for fellowship, fun and relaxation. This home is lovely. This backyard setting is beautiful and the lake entry has a small sandy beach area. The water here is shallow for quite a distance out. Making it very nice for younger people to swim and play. We did not bring our boat this time, as we have never stayed here before. The boat slip available seems very secure even though the next-door neighbor has posted signs telling all VRBO guests they are not allowed beyond the point where he has constructed large concrete blocks. The signage and barriers made it somewhat intimidating and certainly uninviting. But I do understand the owner of this VRBO does not have any control over what a neighbor posts in his yard. Setting that aside we had a wonderful time. Some thunder and a little rain did not discourage us, the beds are all comfortable, and the window coverings are nice. The furnishings are in all nice condition. The drinkware could use some improvement as we had very few coffee mugs. It took us some time to figure out the light switches as they are not all in the place you would expect. Several lightbulbs were out, including the master bathroom toilet area. Only a few under counter lights worked as well, but I know that that is simply easy fix for the owner or cleaning crew. The back deck is expansive and it’s all Trex material. Exterior lights need bulbs. I would recommend this place for families

This was a great setup for our 6 person family annual lake trip. Walk right to the lake to swim & fish. First time to Lake Eufaula & definitely plan on going back.

Short fishing trip

This was our third stay at the lake house. The furniture and bedding are comfortable. The kitchen is small but adequate. There are two sitting areas. Again, the opportunity to have a place to fish from a dock and the golf cart to get there were key to our choosing this location.

Relaxing Spring Break

We stayed with another family (4 adults & 3 teenagers) & had a very relaxing, enjoyable week. The beds were comfortable, & the bathrooms were perfect for 2 families with 3 teenage girls. We cooked hotdogs & smores one night on the fire pit, watched movies & spent family time in the spacious living room, & played card games in the dining room. The deck was a great spot to enjoy the great view of the lake. Out hosts were very responsive for any questions we had. We'll definitely stay here again.

We made a great choice!

This home worked out so perfectly for our family! There was plenty of space for us that stayed overnight (and there was 8). There was also plenty of space for us to host some extended family for lunch one afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay.
