We are across the street from the lake, but feature a gorgeous heated pool (Nov-Apr), hot tub, outdoor entertainment space with French fireplace and pizza oven! We are walking distance (6 houses) down to our private 800 square foot boat dock on Lake Austin that is yours with deck furnished with outdoor dining table, stainless BBQ grill, lounge furniture, hammock, kayaks, SUP board and gas fire-pit! This home rental does not come with a boat slip. Boat slips on Lake Austin are very rare and ours are occupied with equipment, but you can charter a wake or pontoon boat and they can pick you up at our dock. Outsourcing the fun to a sober captain is our recommendation always on our narrow lake*** Please inquire.

The main home features 5400 SF comprised of 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths PLUS a separate 1000 SF guest quarters with 1 additional private bedroom, ensuite full bath with steam room, refrigerator/bar area, trundle room and large playroom. The playroom is a great space to play ping-pong, board games or watching movies on the 50" flat screen. There is also a pull-out Queen bed.

Our home is outfitted with luxury mattresses and bedding in every bedroom, luxury bath towels, Restoration Hardware furnishings & modern farmhouse interior design finishes throughout: rustic Longleaf Pine flooring, brick floors, oak beams and antique doors. There is also a movie room with 70" flat screen and bar area, bathrooms with steam rooms, a workout sunroom with new Peloton+ bike and weights. The home features 3 fireplaces 2 interior gas log & 1 exterior wood burning), formal living, formal dining, kids room (with tons of toys) and outdoor patio with stainless grill & el fresco dining for 10. This beautiful home is located on one of the most prestigious streets in Austin and is an easy $25 Uber ride or 15 minute drive to downtown nightlife. FOR THE KIDS:
This property offers a cool kids room with Restoration Hardware Full-over-Bull bunks, a great playroom on 1st floor with toys, ping-pong table, multiple yards for throwing the ball, zip-line, tons of books and a treehouse from your kid's dreams! We have a pool that does have a fence, but please be aware of safety at all times for your little ones. Gates can get left open and all water features present dangers. Life jackets are provided and are located in storage closet under the stairs. Our street is great for biking, fishing & walking for the whole family!

We have great chef contacts and can help plan a dinner or any food service for your family/guests during your stay. Our home is also stocked with various warmers and serving-ware. We can arrange Mexican or American breakfasts for your group with our housekeeper/cook or help create fajita or fabulous paella dinner out on our boat dock. **PLEASE INQUIRE

HOUSEKEEPING
Our home will be cleaned before your arrival. We also have a FT housekeeper that can arrive daily to provide basic house keeping services and do breakfasts. This is optional and we respect your privacy in the event you do not want to utilize her. We require you to pay for the groceries + tip. ***PLEASE INQUIRE

ENHANCED SAFETY AND CLEANING:
We’ve always taken pride in presenting our home to guests clean and fresh, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. As always, ALL LINENS that touch you are freshly laundered every stay. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants and increased frequency throughout your stay.

SECURITY
The home features state-of-the-art exterior cameras and security system. These cameras are only on the exterior of the home and are monitored by a 3rd party.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please strip all used beds -linens only - do not make the bed.
2. Bring all sheets, towels, hand towels, rags and wash cloths to laundry room
3. Please load dishwasher with dirty dishes and start load
4. Pick up all trash inside & outside home - dispose
5. Take trash out to can on back of house in the morning.
6. Turn off all lights
7. Pick up boat dock: trash, put away cushions, cover grill, turn off string lights.
