1201 Villamare is a 2nd floor villa with breathtaking oceanfront views from nearly every room. With tons of bright natural light, a color palette of light blues, tans and creams, this spacious villa has an airy feeling with tasteful beach décor. Offering a spacious floor plan and great bedroom separation, this villa is the perfect island getaway.

The main living area, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom are to the right when you enter the villa. The new kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a stacked washer and dryer. The breakfast bar seats two and is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or late-night dessert. The dining room has a round dining table with seating for four. The comfortable living room has a blue and white striped sofa, two armchairs and a 55” Roku TV. The slider opens to a covered balcony with a high-top table for four to sit with a glass of iced tea and watch the dolphins play.
Off the living room, behind French-style doors, is the master bedroom. It is decorated in light earthy tones and features a king bed and a 32" TV. The sliding glass door from this bedroom leads to the balcony shared with the living room and has a striking view of the ocean and the pool below. The master bathroom has a single vanity, a separate jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is to the left of the foyer and has a queen and double bed, an accent chair, and a 32" TV. This bedroom has its own private balcony with two chairs – a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a private bathroom with a single vanity, separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Complex amenities include a large oceanfront pool with hot tub, children's pool, charcoal grilling area, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center, an abundance of Adirondack chairs on a reading deck, and covered parking with elevators. Villamare is the perfect place to spend your vacation.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.
