This spacious, three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo will provide everything you could need during your beach vacation, including full access to a shared pool and hot tub that are just a few steps away! A sauna, a jetted tub, and a lazy river are also at your disposal, so you can enjoy plenty of rest and relaxation. Enjoy such additional features as a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for dining, TVs in every bedroom, and a fitness facility and tennis courts for those looking to stay active during their stay.

The condo is located less than two miles from the heart of Orange Beach, where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants that serve some of the best seafood around. The Orange Beach Marina is also only three miles away, in case you need to pick up a boat rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We were so disappointed when we got here and it wasn’t a beach view. It clearly advertised a beach view on the website. I called CS and they were not helpful at all. Also, our hot water heater was not even on when we got here so we had to figure out ourselves how to get it working and then wait an hour for the water to warm up. The 2nd day, our electricity went out. Again, called CS and they were not helpful at all. 0/10 recommend staying here.

Fabulous stay

Loved the property! Condo was beyond expectations. The amenities at the place were wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Our grandkids loved the slide and I personally spent a huge amount of time in the lazy river. The vacation vide was on point! We will definitely stay here again. The only “bad” part of the stay was the 30plus minute wait for an elevator.

Pretty condo, not a great vacation spot

The condo is pretty. Large, great space. The most bare bones condo/rental we’ve ever stayed in — no condiments, no salt/pepper, no games, etc. The building is beach front, but the beach is covered in the rental chairs. You can’t see the water (to watch your kids) or navigate through them. So you have to walk way down the beach to find setup space. The elevators at the building are packed. Certain times of day you can spend an hour just waiting for an elevator. We were attracted by the family friendly amenities but they weren’t worth it. Will not stay in a Phoenix again.

Great place to stay

This was the perfect size for our extended family of 9. 5 adults and 4 kiddos. The kitchen was a great size for all the cooking we did. We all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were living on top of each other. Even thought this is not a gulf view condo, we enjoyed the view we had. We even got to see the fireworks that the Wraf did on Monday night.

Phoenix West II Unit 1916

The condo was spacious and had just about every appliance you could imagine-even an InstaPot. The complex is wonderful and the Grandkids greatly enjoyed the beautiful beach, lazy river and water slide. The only suggestion I would make is a few extra blankets. In order to keep the living area comfy, the bedrooms were a bit chilly. As there were no blankets, only a sheet and bedspread, we were forced to purchase some blankets-not a big issue, but may be worth noting to the owners.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful spacious and clean. The only negative to our stay was the elevator wait time. We would definitely stay here again.

Very deceiving on The description of this condo.

For starters this condo Description says nothing about balcony facing the street or -a lake or should I say I had coffee every morning facing the quests that were parking. This balcony faces a highway - . Under the description it says beachfront! - now we understand that the whole entire hotel faces the beach but I’d like to know that my room faces the beach or a busy highway street- that’s very Important and it did not, Very deceiving. Then there was another Tenants cookies and brownies in boxes shoved behind a plant like somebody was hiding them. How the Person Cleaning the room past that up is beyond me - it was pretty disgusting! Also I read in the comments before I rented this room that the mattresses were making noises and thought that that was a joke ??? Definitely wasn’t- even the owner said he fixed it - ithere’s no possible way it’s the loudest mattress I’ve ever heard in my life! To the point where you can move a little bit the whole thing made noise it was ridiculous and clearly wasn’t taken care of! And lastly the wall dividing the fourth bathroom and my room ( water heater, washer and Dryer were stored here) has a pipe that makes a very loud noise that sounds like it’s going to explode thank God it was the last day by that time I had had it. I never like to be this person but this is pretty darn bad these are pretty noticeable things and I’m sure the owner of this condo knows the things that go on and choose not to take care of it. The owner of this condo clearly just out to make money and does not care about the people he is renting to- don’t waste your money!

Perfect place for families

Nice place, ample room, & convenient location. Ten people stayed comfortably. Easy check in/out. Outside balcony faces the bay & you can see the Wharf & their fireworks clearly. (Balcony was missing 2 chairs though).

The beds in this unit are horrible!

These were the worst beds I have ever slept on!! We arrived on Wednesday and found one of the toilet handles broken, the housekeeper claimed she reported it, however, I reported it as well; it took until Saturday to get it fixed. I will never rent from these people again!

Will never rent form these people again. Furniture was horrible! Beds made noises each time you turned over and were very uncomfortable. Took them from Wednesday until Saturday to come fix a broken toilet handle that was broken when we arrived and we made them aware that day. Promised a free parking pass and that never happened. We had to pay for the passes at the rate of 28.00 each.
