*3 beds currently set up in space. King and queen in the bedrooms, and a double in the loft & privacy dividers. Possible for extra single bed so please inquire.
This brand new totally renovated, second (top, corner unit) floor luxurious, open and spacious Classic and Restoration Hardware inspired Santa Monica loft is cool, airy and well appointed. With 17 foot high ceilings at living area, wood floors throughout, all new furnishings, wall art mixed with upscale & industrial themed design, and huge windows with endless light, this unique home will truly make your stay memorable.
On the first level, the property features two bedrooms (one on suite master with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed), two full baths, kitchen, dining area, living area, large patio with "egg chair" seating for two (one entrance off of dining area and one entrance off of master), and laundry (washer & dryer). Dream sweet dreams on the pillow top mattresses wrapped in high quality and soft sheets, duvets and pillows. A full closet, dresser and bedside tables accompany each of the bedrooms. Bathrooms are equipped with high quality cotton towels, custom tiling, and luxurious shower fixtures. The freshly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you ll need to be your own chef. Enjoy your home-cooked meal or take-away from any of the many diverse and prestigious local restaurants seated at the cozy dining room which seats 6-8. The open-concept living room features a huge and super comfortable couch from Restoration Hardware, chair and ottoman, & tucked under the stairs and at easy reach is a large bean bag kids and adults can enjoy, a new 52" Samsung flat screen Smart TV (access Netflix, Hulu, etc.), with basic channels.

Santa Monica is known for its mild temperatures due to being near the ocean. The unit receives wonderful cross ventilation when windows and sliding doors are open. However the unit is fully air conditioned as we have installed 2 new 3 ton dual air conditioning/heating units that cools the entire living space including the bedrooms. There is also a wall furnace on main level that heats entire space for the winter months in case you prefer using that instead of the AC/heating units.
The second level features a separate loft overlooking the living space, with a 42" flat screen Smart TV and large and comfy couch from Restoration Hardware . A double bed is set up that can sleep two as well as room dividers that give a bedroom type feel as well as privacy. The loft leads to your own expansive private roof-deck where you can lounge while enjoying our amazing weather and SM breezes.
Included in the home are high speed Wifi throughout.
We have an iron & ironing board for laundry needs. Baby items such as a pack n play and high chair can be provided on request.
PARKING: You'll have one dedicated parking space in the underground secure parking garage. There is a parking pass in unit to park another car on street 24/7 in front of building, however please read street signs to avoid parking tickets on street cleaning days. Parking is very easy on street and there is always plenty or space anytime of day.

*NO SMOKING in or around the property. Please note: there is a Santa Monica law prohibiting smoking inside a unit or in common areas which includes balconies and patios. If smoke is detected in the apartment a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. *NO parties or loud music allowed as it s a family friendly building.

Kitchen includes: dishes, flatware and eating utensils; pots, pans, knife block, cooking utensils, cutting boards, strainer, baking dishes, etc. Appliances: stackable washer and dryer (detergent included); stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, gas range & oven, dishwasher and microwave; toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle.
Bedrooms include: comforters and blankets; extra sheets and duvet sets for each bed Bathrooms include: extra towels, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, bar soap, and toilet paper.
You'll be close to all the Santa Monica attractions with easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways. The property is 10 blocks from the beach and a straight shot down to the famous Shutters and Casa Del Mar hotels. It’s a 15 minute walk to Santa Monica s Main Street, Promenade, Beach, Pier and Downtown Santa Monica. 1.4 miles to Montana Avenue, 2.5 miles to Venice Boardwalk, 3.9 miles to Marina del Rey, 7 miles to The Getty Museum, 7 miles to Beverly Hills, 12 miles to Hollywood, 16 miles to Universal Studios, and 42 miles to Disneyland.

Fantastic 5 month stay
We had an amazing 5 month stay here. The place is in great shape and incredibly comfortable. Easy walk to beach, downtown Santa Monica, Main Street and plenty of other places. And Amanda is an amazing owner and responds very quickly to any messages or questions. Highly recommend.

Amanda is the best host!!
She is incredibly friendly and hospitable!
She helped us throughout our trip and made our life wonderful!
We waited for the child and Amanda brought us a special children's stuff. When our mother came to visit us, we asked for an extra bed - Amanda bought it especially for us! The same goes for the extra hanger for clothes, ironing board and so on! We were amazed at her kind and sensitive attitude towards us!
Separately, I want to say about the apartments.
They are excellent! Location is perfect! Nearby are many cafes, shops, a pharmacy. Its about 12 min walk to the beach. To a large supermarket - 15 min! The house is completely new furniture. Excellent plumbing and kitchen furniture. Two huge terraces on which you can sunbathe and no one will see you! The apartments are very bright, clean, stylish. In the living room and bedroom are huge TV. There is also an underground parking for two cars!
HERE THERE IS ONLY ONE MINUS - it's a pity that 3 months have passed soooo quickly!

Beautifully appointed, clean property
I am in Santa Monica on business several times a year and have stayed at several rentals. In October I returned with my family in tow and we stayed at Amanda's property. This was by far my favorite place to stay.
Wow! We opened the front door to a clean, spacious and dramatic apartment with loft. I loved the decor! We had two bedrooms, each with its own bath, laundry, a well appointed kitchen and a roomy dining area. We tried to eat t breakfast and at least one meal a day at the unit and I lacked nothing in preparing our meals.
A quiet cup of coffee in my jammies on the roof deck before the kids got up was wonderful. We planned our day and had easy access to the 10 freeway just blocks from where we stayed.
I appreciated having secure parking available Although we used only one spot, we had two available to us.
We enjoyed the Santa Monica Pier and beach only a short drive from the property and I loved eating at Hillstone. Great dining close to the ocean.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an elegant, well-appointed place to stay. Amanda left a wonderfully complete welcome letter outlining all the amenities and responded promptly to a question we had.
