Great Weekend in Fruita

We (spouse and friends) had a great weekend in Fruita. House is centrally located making it very easy for us to walk to restaurants, festival and small downtown. Great AC, very clean, cute porch to sit on and watch people walk past.

Great stay in Fruita

Paired Ladybug and Atchee (next door) for our 8 person Mountain bike group and had a great stay. Nicely refurbished houses, well appointed, and easy 1/2 mile walk to the downtown shops, bars, restaurants.

Weekend getaway

This was such a cute property and very well maintained. The yard was lovely, kitchen amenities were all there, A/C worked great on such hot days and the beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great weekend getaway with grandparents and kiddos!

Nice little house on a great lot

We rented the house for a family Thanksgiving. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather wasnā€™t great so we did not get to use the outdoor spaces very much but they were well done and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

So comfortable and an enjoyable stay!

Came for a graduation and we had such a great time. This home is so comfortable and a good place for a family to have some time together. The yard was so nice to hang out and enjoy each other as well! Everything was perfect! We hope to come again!

Perfect house for some middle aged guys looking to ride bikes in the desert for a bit. Close enough to walk to downtown but far enough to walk off all those middle aged aches and pains on the way.

Highly recommend this rental! Super cute and cozy. Well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Huge yard and great location to hot tomato, best slope and bike trails! Plan to stay here again !

Great time

Great location, outdoor space to enjoy meals and close to trails. We had an adventurous and relaxing time! We did have to clean the grill before use and some other dishes but overall the house was ready to go for us.

Simply Perfect

The home was perfect for our stay while our son was playing in the Juco World Series. The home is fully stocked and has everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, short walk to the adorable town of Fruita for all sorts of fun things. We also enjoyed the Colorado National Monument, the Mesa Scenic Bypass and even a short trip to Utah. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this house and the location. Super short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us and our three kids. Everyone had a bed which means everyone got along. The lack of door on the upstairs bathroom took some getting used to but we managed. The management company was the perfect combination of checking in to make sure we were happy and then leaving us to enjoy our stay. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Elk hunting trip for the boys/shopping for the girls.

The is the most darling house. We loved everything about it. Communication was like texting my best friend. Super easy. Super clean. Location great. Very well stocked. Our dogs were welcome but you couldn't tell that a dog had ever been in the home. If we go back to this location this is the house I will look for again!

Loved Fruita

An eleven day family Christmas get-away was our daughterā€™s idea, and we are so happy she chose Fruita and one of the Ladybug houses. The beds were comfortable, not firm, not soft, somewhere in-between. Plenty of spices and dishes and cooking appliances. We loved the short walk to the ā€œcircleā€ of town, shopped for presents at the downtown stores, shopped at the local market and met many locals who were so friendly. Went to ā€œJunctionā€ (as the locals call it), hiked to Rifle Waterfall, and went to Colorado National Monument. This location was perfect.

Fall in the Grand Valley

We live on the Front Range but have family that have grown up and currently live in the Grand Valley. This time of year is always fun - from Fruita Fall Fest to Color Weekend up on the Mesa. This house has been a favorite for us as it sits in a convenient area of town and has always provided comfort for us. Our biggest complaint? When we find that the home is not available when we would like to rent it! We will always try to book here first when we visit The Valley!

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was well appointed and the kitchen was fully equipped. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. This location is close to downtown and a short drive to hiking and biking trails. We had one issue come up and the management company was super responsive. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Great Home and Location!!

We loved our stay in Fruita, and were especially impressed with this property. My son commented that this is the first vacation rental that felt like home. We used the bikes that are offered with the rental and rented another 2 for our boys to explore the town. I highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting!

Perfect!

The perfect house for a family visiting Fruita. Such welcoming and super responsive hosts. And so dog friendly too! The house is a super short walk to downtown Fruita including restaurants, bike shops, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Perfect accommodations for any family looking to ride bikes in Fruita or just visit the area. We will be back next spring!

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 3 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient!
