Welcome to our Family Cabin! A Northern Michigan Cabin straight out of a movie! Located on 10 acres & surrounded by 2 lakes. With an All-Sports lake on one side, a fishing lake on the other, and a private channel, you will immediately feel peaceful seclusion. Inside boasts walls and high ceilings wrapped in knotty pine, brick, and wood beams. Classic cabin decor with inviting furniture will keep the whole family cozy and comfortable all year long!

Welcome to Two Lakes Lodge!

While we want you to enjoy all that the cabin, lakes, and land has to offer, we ask that you treat it like your own and use it with respect.

READ THE WELCOME BOOK WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
This will have information on all the workings of the cabin, such as how to use the fireplace, grills, boats, etc.

PUT DOWN YOUR PHONE!!!
You are in the heart of the magnificent Manistee National Forrest and on two lakes, time to or sun there so much to do. Reference the Welcome Book you’ve already read ;)

NO SMOKING INSIDE
please keep all smoking outside and properly dispose of cigarette butts

DON’T USE THE FIREPLACE THE BEFORE DEPARTURE
please put out any fires a few hours before departing for the weekend.

CLEAN UP MESSES
we know accidents happens, please clean up spills and messes quickly and with provided cleaning supplies, do not let them sit. This will ensure a clean environment for all for years to come!

CLEAR LINENS AND TOWELS
please remove all used sheets and towels and place in laundry room

CLEAN AND PUT AWAY DISHES
wash and put away dishes, cups, silverware or anything else used in the kitchen back where you found them

TRASH ***IMPORTANT***
All trash MUST be in bags. Put all trash in bags and in the bin in driveway at top of the hill, (in the winter bins are back at Casey Ln & 12mile rd). Put weight on top of lid to prevent animals from rummaging.

PET WASTE
pets are welcomed as they’ll possibly have more fun than you! However, we ask that PICK UP WASTE after you pet.

NO WET DOGS INSIDE!
there is a hose by the front door, please rinse and dry your pet before letting them back inside. We fully expect dogs to run and play in the water and woods, but please ensure they are clean and dry before coming back inside to keep and clean house for all to enjoy!

CATCH & RELEASE
As of Jan 1st, 2020 Midget Lake will be a “Catch and Release” lake for all fish except Bass in order to restock the lake and keep the habit natural for both air and water animals. Neighbors will call the DNR on anyone violating the rules.
