A total renovation has just been completed on this condo. Most desireable 4th floor unit with un obstructed breath taking views of the Gulf. This unit has been completely remodeled with new tile & carpet, brand new CUSTOM KITCHEN with granite counter tops & custom lighting. Microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, all cookware, & washer and dryer are included. New bathrooms with marble shower. THIS IS THE NICEST UNIT AVAILABLE FOR RENT AT THE SUMMIT.

The master bedroom has king-sized bed in addition to a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bunk beds recessed in the hall. There are 2 brand new Smart TV's. Living room includes a 55' and in the bedroom 39' LED TV's, DVD player, private phone and all linens are included. Bring your passwords to your favorite TV/Movie/Music Apps.

Complex includes an arcade with pinball machines for kids of all ages to enjoy!

Great week in a great condo

We love the summit, stayed here a few times. Rick was great to answer any questions during our stay and was very gracious!! Love bikini bobs and the tiki hut! Grounds are beautiful and love the pools are ground level. Laid back but also on top of security. :)

Charming Condo and Resort

It was our first visit to Panama City, and we enjoyed our stay in this condo very much! The sounds and views from the balcony were beautiful, and the layout of the comfy living space was just perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed (and then some) and was quite lovely as well. Rick was great to work with and his suggestions about things to do and places to eat were spot-on! The resort felt secure, was conveniently located and overall had a lot to offer. Be sure to try Bikini Bob's while you're there! We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Awesome

Great from the time we arrived (owner allowed us to enter before the normal check in time). Communication was good, condo was good, view of the beach and amenities were all good. Plenty of room to have your own space as we have a 15 year old and 9 year old. We generally took the stairs instead of waiting on elevators, so the 4th floor worked out great.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect location! Perfect View! Exactly what we were looking for. Rick was very nice and responsive. The condo was clean and we loved it. Only negative was with the Summit itself. Only one of the four elevators were working the majority time we were there. Luckily the condo was on the 4th floor but we had someone with us that was on crutches so obviously they could not use the stairs. We will absolutely stay here again because other than the elevators we loved staying there. Security was very nice. The staff was nice.

Great Location

This was our first time in PCB. Rick was great to work with. Communication was easy and he checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and had a great location. The only complaint we would have is the elevators. They were extremely slow. I think the property is working on replacing the elevators, so that is good, until then plan on taking the stairs if you want to get anywhere in a reasonable amount of time. The check in process was a little confusing, as we didn’t realize we still needed to check in with the office and pay for parking pass and wrist bands for our stay. The pools and hot tub were clean. The beach was amazing and Bikini Bobs grill and the Tiki Bar was an added bonus. I would stay here again.

Not the nicest condo in the Summit

We love the Summit and have stayed here 5 times before. I've never seen a condo so dirty and dusty. It wasn't trash or anything like that, but upon entering you could smell mold. The entire shower ceiling had black mold growing with pieces of the ceiling coming off. Mold was also on vents in each room. The bedroom was the only room with carpet and was not vacuumed. On our stack of folded towels in the bath was a glob or hair. The kitchen cabinets had food stuck on them. The bunk bed area wall looked like something had dripped down it and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. My kids wouldn't even sleep in them. Lastly, the headboard and lamps, pretty much everything had so much dust built up we thought to check the furnace. The filter had probably not been changed in years and the entire furnace closet and door has thick dust all over it. Fire hazard! I called the owner immediately thinking he would want to know the state his condo was in with needing cleaned better and the obvious mold problem. I was cut off and told that he has the nicest condo in the Summit (told me several times). There is no other nicer than his. I quickly corrected him and told him we have never had this problem at the Summit with 5 different condos before. He said he would call the cleaningnlady to come back tomorrow and have maintenance come replace the filter. He said he would let me know when she was coming. He argued about the mold being mold...... So next morning I didn't hear from him so we went down to the pool. By the afternoon I was very upset and asked him about the cleaning. At this point I had wiped thinks down myself but really wanted the mold problem addressed. He said he had the filter replaced and maintenance said it isn't mold. I said we would like the cleaning fee refunded and at least a nights stay since he asked what he could do to make it right as long as I didn't give him a bad review. He never responded and another day passed I asked again and he said we could go get maintenance ourselves so we could be told that it wasn't mold. So we did call and had maintenance come up....confirming the mold was indeed mold and he started making calls quickly to get someone up to spray it all down with bleach. We told the owner everything and sent him pictures from the beginning of arriving. He was nothing but condescending and rude, and then no response the rest of the time. We never got any money back and it was the most expensive we have rented. Very bad owner!

Fall Break

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was really nice and the 4th floor is perfect where we could just walk the stairs instead of waiting on the elevators. The washer stopped working and Rick had a new one delivered that Monday.

Great condo

This is a very clean condo and on the perfect floor of the 4th floor. Still have a beautiful view and you can walk the steps, elevators are a nightmare. The property manager was wonderful. I am looking forward to staying in his condo in the future.

The location of the property is good for that portion of PCB. Access to the beach is easy. The staff is friendly. The property is well maintained. The views are incredible!
