Located on the prestigious grounds of the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center, this property is within a short 10-15 minute walk to the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta. On site, the beach,spa, gymnasium, pools and four restaurants add to your enjoyment and relaxation. Daily housekeeping and no departure cleaning fee. We have been coming here for more than 30 years. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
