Located near the beach of St Vincent in Grau d'Agde, this beautiful little house of 60 m² completely renovated this year benefits from a closed courtyard at the back and a front garden of 40 m². It can accommodate up to 6 people in all seasons.
- Ideal for family holidays, the beach being only 2 minutes walk from the house (about 100 to 150 m).
- Close to amenities, 2 mins walk from shops (mini-market, bakery, newsagent, bazaar, restaurants, cafe, pizza .....)
- A 10-minute walk along the new seafront promenade will take you to the center of Grau and the mouth of the Hérault river.

On the ground floor are:
- the living room with kitchen area with all the necessary comfort on vacation (ceramic hob, combi microwave, grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, heating, crockery, table and chairs);
- the lounge area has a sofa bed and flat screen TV.
- the bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, heated towel rail;
- a bedroom with 140/190 bed and cupboard, heating.
Upstairs is a very large bedroom (30 m²) on the mezzanine with a double bed, a convertible sofa with chaise longue, air conditioning. reversible, television, standing mirror and storage.
The garden is equipped with a garden table and chairs, a large parasol, 3 sun loungers and a gas barbecue (3 burners, grill and plancha).

- Bedding can be provided in the case of weekly rentals; per night a flat rate may be offered.
- The price includes the consumption of water and electricity.
- Security deposit: € 500.(deposited on arrival, not cashed, returned on the day of departure in the absence of damage).
- Arrival on Saturday from 3 p.m. and departure on Saturday 12 p.m.
