Sunny apartment with magnificent sea views, in a closed condominium, with private beach, accessible by which the paths in the forest or the service of a small Jeep.

Guests have access to the party room, barbecue, gym, sauna, hammam, with two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and the private beach.
We provide two parking spaces in the garage. You can also park on the street from the condo facing the apartment.
Private beach
Once there, the view is beautiful. A small strip of sand just over 100 meters is beaten by the calm waters of the creek. The configuration of this cove gives the feeling of a secluded beach, perfect for those who love the calm and quiet beaches.
There is a beach service with provision of chairs, umbrellas, showers and bathrooms. A kiosk with snacks and drinks is available to guests.
Access to the private beach is through trails, 8 minutes or by Jeep service.

We are located near supermarkets (Dias, Jequitimar Shopping), pharmacies, bakeries and excellent restaurants include (Rufino, St Malo, ..).
Similarly, we are near the beach of Eden, one of the most beautiful in the region.
Pernambuco and Enseada beaches are also nearby.

Condo rules
The condominium accepts up to 8 people.
To allow sécutitisation place and be allowed access, please send me the name of each person and the ID CARD number.
The use of services is allowed after agreement of concierge.
Do not smoke in the apartment.

Remember that it is the duty of every condominium or visitor to observe silence in the condominium, common areas and inside the apartment during the day and especially at night, and should be moderation in the sounds produced by sound equipment, conversation or any other noise which can disturb the peace of other residents, especially in the period called the time of silence, from 06:00 to 22:00;
