Guests seeking romantic solace in one of the most beautiful cities in the country need not look any further. The Park House has acquired this cozy one-bedroom carriage house for couples looking to get away from it all, while still being just a short walk to most of the city's best dining, shopping, and attractions.

Enter on street level next to a local boutique; the carriage is on the second floor of a historic, brick building. The living room is flooded with light, boasting tall ceilings and a handsome fireplace (now decorative) original to the home. Park your suitcases at the entry and relax in the clean, modern setting. Take a moment to appreciate Savannah's picturesque views. If you listen carefully enough, you're sure to hear a horse-drawn carriage clip-clopping past.

The fully equipped kitchen sits adjacent to the living area, with every cooking essential you'd need to whip up a meal, big or small. A breakfast nook for two faces the bay windows. The bedroom is just off the kitchen, with a Queen size bed and ample closet space to truly feel at home. Those traveling with littles will love the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. The full bath is en suite to the bedroom, featuring a standing shower with soap and towels provided.

Walk a few steps South towards Forsyth Park, Savannah's largest green space frequented by local runners, dog-owners, and families. Head North towards the heart of downtown and enjoy walking through the squares of Bull Street; some of the city's most beautiful monuments. Rub shoulders with downtown residents at vegan cafe Fox & Fig for breakfast. After a day of sightseeing and shopping along Broughton Street, grab authentic noodle dishes at Flying Monk for lunch, followed by dinner by candlelight at The Collins Quarter.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Parking on street not a problem. Just used the parking app. The age and feel of the place was fantastic. So much history in the building. AC worked great and so close to the parks and squares.A grab bar by the bath would be welcomed.

Beautiful apartment within view of Forsyth Fountain. Location Location Location! Parking was never an issue. We were able to park out front on the street and could see our vehicle from the window. We were within walking distance from everything! The apartment was clean, cozy, had all that wee needed! We will definitely stay here again and will only use Lucky Savannah for all our visits!!

We loved our stay at the Park House! It was in the perfect location! Parking wasn't an issue at all (we were there over the weekend and parking was free and plentiful). We walked everywhere. The furniture could stand to be a little more comfortable, the lighting a little warmer, the shower pressure better, but not deal breakers at all. We would definitely recommend and go back!

The Park House was perfect for our stay! The home was conveniently located next to Forsythe Park in a quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of River Street - which was an easy walk from the home. We would recommend the home and would stay there again when we return to Savannah.

Fantastic location with a view of Forsyth Park to the south & Monterrey Square to the north. Being on Bull Street which runs directly down the middle of the historic district was very convenient. For fans of “the book” the apartment is around the corner from the Mercer House & across Bull St from the Armstrong Mansion. It is above a quiet shop & shares no walls with neighbors. Voices from pedestrians carried surprisingly well to the apartment, so you may want to use earplugs or run a white noise app on your phone if needed. Bedroom was larger than anticipated and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were very flat, so we requested new pillows which were delivered same day. Lots of windows for natural light as well as blinds & curtains to block street lights at night. For two people, we were provided with 4 towels, 1 hand towel, 2 wash cloths, and 1 dish towel. An additional hand towel and dish towel would have been nice. We were provided with 1 pack of coffee, a new sponge, mini dish liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, 2 mini shampoo/conditioner sets, 1 mini lotion, 2 very small bars of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper plus 1 roll of paper towels. A water container with filter & 2 ice trays were in the fridge/freezer. Kitchen has enough cooking ware, utensils and plates etc. Living room & bedroom were comfortable. Bathroom was very tight & water pressure was low but usable. Plenty of hot water. A few mirrors, hair dryer and 2 TVs. Washer/dryer in bedroom closet. Overall a great stay!

Short and sweet

We stayed for three nights. We had never been to the city and it was a grest location to be able to explore in every direction. Place was clean and air worked great (super high heat outside when we stayed.) Would suggest a notepad and pen some place, but other than that, nothing but good feedback!

Cute, clean and comfy bed. Great location, stones throw to Forsyth Park. Good communication and resolution with an issue with the dryer. Very quiet neighborhood unless the Olgethorp Club is hosting an event. Reason for not giving a 5 is the bathroom and lack of amenities. The bathroom is tiny, hard to move around and shower is in need of a desperate update. One coffee packet, one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet tissue for a 7 night stay. Wifi is very slow and not conducive for remote work. I would stay here again as it was a good price, great location and. overall very comforable.

Savannah stay

We got in on a Friday evening, parked, unloaded, walked to dinner and drinks, and did not drive again until we left Monday morning. The proximity to Forsyth park as well as River street was perfect. Size was perfect for the two of us. Clean. Bed was comfy. Highly recommend and we will definitely book here for our next trip to Savannah.
