La Sapinière is a family house benefiting from a garden of more than 2000m2 with its orchard, its pines and its heated swimming pool (4m / 7m). The four rooms are comfortable and you will stay there in all quietude.
The house, with a surface of 250 m2 consists of:
- a room of life of more than 80 m2 with large windows overlooking the orchard and the swimming pool which make it a pleasant and luminous space. A large terrace can be accessed directly from the kitchen, allowing guests to have lunch and / or dinner outside.
- a bedroom with queen size bed (160/200) with TV + bathroom and private toilet (24m2)
- a bedroom with King Size bed (180/200) with TV + bathroom and private toilet (20m2)
- a room with Queen size bed (160/200) with bathroom (26m2)
- one bedroom with two sleeping places: 1 double bed + 2 single beds (45 m2)
- a children's bathroom with bathtub
