Two bedroom, 1 bath house in walking distance of the local downtown thatā€™s host to great dining, live music, small shops and a fantastic weekly farmers market. Sleeping accommodations for up to six people (1 queen bed, a set of twin beds and a sleeper sofa). Very nice property, very clean and a great location, close to town. Plenty of room and comfortable.

I was in Templeton to spend time with my family. I spent mornings and nights at the cute & cozy. It was very comfortable. The yard was open and so nice to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. Again, it was very nice property all around.

Gem in small town

Close by Saturday Farmers Market and great restaurants to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner!I would have liked to have an extra blankets but they have central smart meter system.Owner was very nice and easy to communicate.Thank you!

A Gem!!

This was a wonderful find and perfect for us. We walked to donuts, the park, and restaurants. It was minutes from everything. The house is cozy and so cute. Just enough space and a great kitchen. Great views, wonderfully situated.

Great spot near DT Templeton!

We had a great time staying at Loriā€™s property, conveniently located near DT Templeton. We were able to have our cake and eat it to for Christmas, staying in this beautifully updated home just down the street from our greater family. Recommend! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Perfect location

The house was beautiful. Great sized kitchen with everything we needed. Nicely redone bathroom and a back porch with a pretty view. Walking distance to everything downtown. Check in and check out were super easy. Weā€™d definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

Cute house in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town and Saturday Farmer's Market. The home was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Big bathroom. Nice sitting areas outside. Excellent communication with host. I would definitely come back to this property.

Adorable little retreat

Absolutely fantastic! Came down from Washington for a wedding and the place was amazing and relaxing! The town is sooo cute, we even enjoyed the market in town on Sunday. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe, lots of birds , lizards and even a gopher! Definitely a great place! Thanks so much!

Beautiful, rustic cottage was immaculately clean

Our family had a wonderful and restful stay in this adorable cottage. We had a jewelry booth at the California Midstate Fair and stayed in Lori's home for two weeks, and it provided a comfortable and safe homebase. The place is immaculately clean, well stocked with all the basic amenities (and more!) you would need in a vacation home, and the furnishings were good quality. It's newly renovated and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We cannot recommend this home enough, and the next time we are in town, we would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay, close by to everything you need!

We had a great time at this ā€œnew to VRBOā€ property! The house is really well equipped with a great layout for entertaining and relaxing. Bedrooms are appropriately sized with an exceptional bathroom. Plenty of seating outside for a glass of wine or dinner on the patio. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for a night in. The house feels very secluded even though youā€™re in a quite neighborhood which is really nice. The house is within walking distance to Main St. Templeton and just a quick drive or LYFT to Tin City ā€“ local Tasting Rooms (Wine/Beer/Cider) and shops. For those that are visiting for Paso Roblesā€™ amazing wine country you are perfectly aligned to start your tastings on Vineyard Dr. and make your way up to Adelaida Rd. Downtown Paso is less than ten minutes from the house and plenty of larger stores in case you forgot anything you needed on your vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to any of my friends and family for a quick or extended stay. Thanks for a great visits, Lori!

Very Disappointed

When we were first walking up to the house, we noticed right away that the windows were dirty. It didnā€™t get better once we went inside. The house was filthy throughout. Dark ring in the toilet, water spots on all the shower glass. The hood above the stove was very dirty. The washing machine was so filthy that no one would ever want to use it. The dresser drawers in the bedrooms were so dirty inside that you would never want to put your clothes in there. I actually could go on, but I think this paints a good enough picture of what we found on arrival. We wanted to immediately leave, but it was late and we had traveled many hours and were exhausted, plus we had no where else to go, so we did stay the first night and left early the next day. I have no idea why the house was in this condition. The host had contacted me to give me the entrance code, so itā€™s not as if she didnā€™t know someone was coming. Weā€™ve used VRBOā€˜s in the past and never ran into something like this. Very disappointing and created much inconvenience for us. We spent most of the second day searching for alternate lodging. šŸ˜

A very happy Halloween visit to Templeton

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend in this beautiful home, walking distance to Templeton downtown shops and restaurants. We missed the farmersā€™ market in the park on Saturday because we headed to the beach, but returned in time for a relaxing dinner with friends outside on a warm October night. The house itself is comfortable and welcoming with a terrific kitchen, large bathroom and 2 light-filled bedrooms. We loved spending time there and look forward to returning soon!

What a great place to stay! The owners have thought of everything! We cooked while we here in the very equipped kitchen! The home is updated nicely:) neighborhood is good! I would highly recommend this place for your stay:)

Cozy, Cute & Clean

My children and I traveled to Templeton for a family gathering I'm so happy we chose to stay at this adorable home! The pictures really don't do it justice. We've stayed at quite a few homes through other websites and decided to try Vrbo and found this gem! Adorable pumpkins stacked at the front door greeted us and little pumpkins were here and there throughout the house made it feel like home! Beds were super comfy, we loved the rustic feel throughout the house, the shower was amazing, the kitchen was gorgeous and the town itself is charming just as I remember as a kid spending my summer swimming at the Templeton park down the street. I meant to write in the guest book that was kindly left for others to read and share their journey's but time slipped away and I was unable to do it...next time We will definitely be back when we come to visit again!

Very nice home. Very comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there.

Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. New air conditioning which was a concern during our visit. Record high temperatures. I would definitely stay again if I need a room in the area. I brought my brother for a couple days out of the heat in Fresno and the house was perfect. Thank you for the great visit. Some locations are not as advertised. This one is!
