This 4 bedroom 3 bath house is located in Locust Lake. A private community with its own security and multiple lakes for swimming, fishing, boating etc. Very close to Jack Frost & Big Boulder, Mt. Airy Casino Resort, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari Water Park, Hiking Trails, quad and dirt bike trails, Go-Karting. Ideal spot for skiing with family or friends!

Inside you will find a finished basement with a pool table, Foosball table, bar, sauna, entertainment system, it s own bedroom and bathroom. Modern Kitchen, washer, dryer, gas fireplace in the living room, Jacuzzi outside and a deck that can seat 20-30 people. Modern Home, Modern Furnishings, and Very Clean!

Our trip was amazing and Bob the host was wonderful!!! We traveled as couples with kids and everyone had their own space which was awesome. The table was HUGE and made meals so easy. The basement was the perfect hangout spot too while the kids napped upstairs. Great parking, great deck, great everything. I highly recommend this place!

Extraordinary Vacation Home away from Home

We chose this home for our annual trip and are we glad we did! It turned out to be an excellent decision. From the moment we first reached out to Bob until the moment we left the house, our experience could not have been better! Bob was very easy to work with, responsive, pleasant and helpful. All of the information about the house was thorough and clearly communicated. The house itself was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The basement was a joy. From the pool table to the sauna to the big screen TV to the bar area to the card table, it provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. It was so nice to sit out under the stars after a day of activities, relaxing in the hot tub. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to spend time together. The kids really enjoyed the time they spent at the lake. It was really nice to have the wristbands so that we could use the amenities on property. I would suggest this home if you are looking for a place to stay with lots of things to do for the kids and adults. You won’t regret it. We will make plans to return again in the future!

Great getaway

We had a great time in locust lake village 7 adults. Clean house and bob the owner was great and answered every question we had. Nice game room that we used every day especially with it raining every day. We cooked too everything you needed was there. Awesome place.

Great communication with homeowner

Large home with space to spread out. Very large deck with hot tub was enjoyed by all. Homeowner was great to talk to prior to our arrival and was easy to contact during our stay. Home was clean.

Great multi-family property

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a perfect vacation! Bob made sure to explain everything that we needed to know and was available if we had any questions. The house has great amenities with two separate living rooms so everyone could spread out and be comfortable. There’s tons of seating outside too. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and plenty of cooking utensils. We had an amazing vacation! We will definitely be back again.

Great Pocono retreat

Owner is great to work with and made process easy. Our family loves games, indoors and out, and this house was perfect for that! We prepped/ate all our meals at the house, so if you plan to do that as well, bring some kitchen/serving supplies. HOA was annoying, which isn’t unusual for an HOA, but good to know up front.

A pleasant stay

From beginning to end, all turned out great. Owner stayed connected with us all till the last day of our check out. Just staying inside is just as well as entertaining with what the home has in store.

Thanksgiving getaway

We stayed at this property last year for thanksgiving and we had an awesome time so we decided to do it all over again this year for thanksgiving. We had an amazing time once again. Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is really nice and cozy. We will definitely go back.

Rats!! Dirty!! Open Hazards!! Beware

Within seven hours of check-in I was on the phone with Vrbo trying to relocate. The home was dirty there were holes in the wall it smelled bad and within a few hours after checking we noticed rodents and rod droppings in the corners and windowsills and behind the dressers it was absolutely disgusting. The hot tub is foggy and hasn’t been cleaned none of the nine for my family reunion vacation was able to use it at all. I have been a customer with Vrbo for 10 years and they did absolutely nothing they gave me the runaround and forced me to deal with the owner who is unwilling to deal with anything or refund my stay.The owner ended up cursing at me in the end I was not offered a refund I was not transferred for a five night stay my party only stayed 2 1/2 days and we had to leave. Not to mention this house is completely haunted in my opinion. If you’re a ghost hunter stay here you will love it I woke up screaming in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep one night if that. I wouldn’t pay more than $25a night for this dilapidated house and I have filed complaints that have been validated and are being handled by the Better Business Bureau, and the attorney generals office in Monroe County,PA.

Fantastic Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The large dining table was perfect for family dinners, the large deck, karaoke machine, game room, Sauna, hot tub and fire pit was great for fun times. The lakes, beaches and wildlife were awesome. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs in his home and with the office in registering. We do recommend this vacation home. .

Great place for a group of friends on a golf trip

This place was perfect for our needs. Nice place , good location, good value, great amenities. I thought the place was actually bigger than the pictures. Deck was huge and came furnished with lots of comfortable chairs. A couple negatives: When we arrived the code did not work. The pin pad had been locked with a key so the code could not work. We were able to get in through an open window, went to play golf and by that time Robert got back to me letting me know where a key was hidden. I slept in the basement, it was noisy and there were some bugs. Some of the noise came from the baseboard heater which had been left on. It took me two nights to figure that out. Maybe some better communication between Robert and the cleaning crew would take care of the problem. Same with the door being locked. Or maybe the cleaning crew just doesn't listen? Overall this place worked well for our golf trip. I think we got a good value for our money.

Perfect

Me and my group of friends had a great time at this house. The area is surrounded by lakes that you can go and visit with everyone. Groceries stores are nearby which comes in handy. The environment is beautiful at night and especially the hot tub is a great place to relax. Definitely recommend this house.

Mother daughter getaway😊

I would highly recommend this house . It is close to skiing, Kalahari and the casino. There was lots of space to move around and we slept 12 very comfortably.
