As this guest has suggested, and unlike what this guest did, we encourage future guests to carefully read our listing. What's perfect for many is exactly what others are not looking to rent. We're a 5-star option for literally hundreds of past guests since 2018 (143 to be exact), and a 2-star option for the less thorough people like Martin who book our place without reading what they are renting - our second bad review in 8 years. Both situations involved someone like him who did not read our listing. We're an open book and want to be sure that our place is the perfect home base for your Ptown adventure. Ask us questions. Double-check our listing. Final note - Death spiral staircase is quite unfair. It's a standard spiral staircase that we make very clear is not something that dogs like to ascend or descend. Our 50-pound lab mix never used it, and we brought her in and out through the exterior staircase, again as we clearly suggest to guests. OK enough from me. Don't be like Martin. Double-check our listing and if it works for you, come stay with us! :)
