OTHER NOTES

Please note that our Zona Romantica neighborhood is a very popular and desirable destination because it is steps to excellent restaurants, bars and beaches. As such there is evening and night-time noise from area establishments, festivals, and nearby construction projects. While the thick glass windows & doors keep much of the noise out when closed, the charm of the condo is being conveniently located steps from both the beach and restaurants/bars. We always advise anyone who stays anywhere in Zona Romantica, if you are a light sleeper, please bring ear plugs, particularly if you are visiting in high season.
