This 2500 sq ft gorgeous, cozy home includes 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with enough space to fit a family of 7 comfortably. Master bedroom and upper living room directly face stunning ocean views. Very spacious deck with more elegant ocean views great for BBQ and get together with family and friends. A long driveway and a two car garage are also available

Guests have access to all the 3 levels of the home.

This home is an ideal for family vacation only. This property cannot be used for private functions, any other type of gatherings or social activities that could breach the city code of violations of Palos Verdes Estate.

This is one of the few stretches of wild coastline in LA County, with hiking trails, a huge oceanfront resort, a historic lighthouse and museum at Point Vicente where the official West Coast whale watch count is done each year from Dec-March.
Places to stop: Pt Vicente, Wayfarers Chapel (stone, glass, wood, ocean views); Abalone Cove ($ to park for trails, beach, tide pools, and a sea cave); Terranea Resort (six restaurants, beach, sea cave, views, trails).
