Fantastic Beach Side Cottage with affordable rates!

An incredible gulf/beach side cottage with ocean views over the turtle sanctuary dunes! Our cottage "Sea View" has everything for a great beach vacation. We sleep eight people. We are DOG Friendly for up to one dog (or sometimes two small dogs with written permission, and there are some restrictions as to size, breed, age and etc. regarding your pet). PLEASE make sure to read the pet restrictions below.

PETS:
Cannot exceed 40 pounds. No dangerous breeds. Must be over one year old. Must be current on all immunizations and on a flea control program. May be asked to provide documentation.

The cottage has three bedrooms, two baths, a large open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with washer and dryer, a large partially covered deck, ample parking, and a grass covered yard.

Sea View Cottage is an easy walk to the sandy shore (no crossing the street).
There is a king bed, 2 queen beds (one that is the sleeper sofa), one standard bed, and a pack and play. Each of the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions. There is wireless internet and Dish TV, as well as excellent cell phone reception.
The large deck is furnished with chaise lounges, two dining tables, one that seats four under a covered roof and a larger outdoor dining table with seating for six.. We also have a picnic table and a charcoal grill which adds to the outdoor space. The yard is extra large with ample room for volleyball and other yard games. We also have ample parking space.

We do have some beach chairs but cannot guarantee their condition as we have no way of knowing if they were damaged or broken during a previous guest's stay.

We do have two other properties on the island, "Seas the Day" located at Holiday Isle , which is a three bedroom, two bath and "Sea La Vie." located at the Beach Club. It is a three bedroom, three bath unit. Inquire for interest!
