This property is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with warm sugar sand and turquoise waters just a walk away. Nearby, you'll also find the famous Siesta Key beaches only a couple miles away, where a large pavilion, playground, and souvenir shop are also a part of the fun. The Siesta Key Village is only a short drive away. There you can enjoy dining and shopping while you take in the sights!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quiet and enjoyable

Great location across the street from the beach. Nice to have a large coffee pot! Very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The lanai was screened in (no bugs) and you can see the boats go by all day. Very enjoyable stay.

COMFORTABLE HOME IN AN EXCELLENT AREA

The apartment was very welcoming, clean and very convenient. The only issue we had was that there were ants in kitchen and on the dining table. We did notify you and an exterminator was promptly called, however, the ants were still present.

Beautiful location on the Inland Waterway, with a fabulous view. Condo is clean, spacious and comfortable. There were some issues with the property management company, like the difficulty in getting a second key (after 10 days of back and forth with the property management person we were finally told that the owner changed thee lock and we would have to make a copy of the key ourselves). Supplies mostly adequate, except we were missing a can opener, and we only had one sand chair in a unit with two bedrooms). It was advertised as a two bathroom unit, but the second bathroom had no shower. That was definitely a problem when we had guests.

The location is terrific, with a second floor view of the Inland Waterway off the Gulf. It was quiet as well. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach, a 10 minute walk from our unit, was excellent. And there were two very nice swimming pools available. It is mostly well-equipped although missing a few things that were disappointing. Only one working key was available. It took 10 days of asking the Vacasa person for us finally to be told that the owner had changed the lock and we would have to make the additional key ourselves. There was only one sand chair in a unit that accommodates up to two couples. Very limited cleaning products were available. There was a second bathroom, as advertised, but it did not have a shower. Perhaps we should’ve known that. There was no followup by anyone from Vacasa to find out if we needed anything. For a month-long rental, that was unsatisfactory. In spite of these deficiencies, we enjoyed our months stay at Peppertree very much. The condo association is well staffed and well run.
