Séjour au plus près de la plage

L'appartement très spacieux, son emplacement avec vue directe sur la mer, proche du Suquet, du port et des rues commerçantes, un parking sécurisé pour le vehicule... Svp, assurez-vous avant de louer, qu'il n'y aura pas de travaux dans l'appartement de dessus ! Marteau-piqueur et coups de marteau pendant 48h...pas du tout notre conception des vacanxes, surtout avec un endant en bas âge ! Heureusement, Léa (l'hôtesse d'accueil a été réactive et efficace pour nous trouver un hébergement similaire).

Great View. Great Location!

The view was glorious and had 180 degree water views. Across the street from beach access and restaurants. Walking distance to Le Croisette and other attractions. A great place for a family vacation.

Fantastic Vacation!

Family of 4 visiting from the US with 14 & 18 year old boys. The apartment was absolutley perfect and 100% as described! Location is fantastic with a short walk to everything, and just far enough from late night action to be quiet when we needed it! Beautiful sandy beaches and nice restaurants right out the front door, and incredible sunsets/moon rises from the balcony! Awesome spot to start and end each day with an espresso/glass of wine! Léa was fantastic, giving us great recommendations, helping with airport transport, and even helped design two incredible yacht days for us. We will remember this vacation for the test of our lives and surely be back soon!

It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is exactly like on the pictures, very nice and perfect located. We got a warm welcome and were shown around in the apartment and got some useful recommendations for restaurants and things to do, upon our arrival. We came to Cannes to help my daughter celebrate her 21st birthday. We picked this rental due to its close proximity to her school, but it really convinced me that this is the perfect location to stay in Cannes. It is away from the center city noise, but a quick walk into the main part of town. It has all the beaches, cafes and shops just steps away … and a view right out of your dreams. The AC was strong. Love the modern vibe of the apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Two toilets, and three shower rooms.I hope to come back and stay here again. It was just PERFECT! A few call outs just to fully inform … 1. The primary bathroom does not have a proper shower, just a traditional tub. Not suitable for elderly or people with movement issues. Not an issue for most. 2. The showers in the second two rooms are fully exposed to the bedrooms. Again, not an issue for most, but you are fully exposed to others in the room. 3. There is just one main AC unit in the main room. It is very powerful and there are lots of fans to spread the air into the bedrooms. Follow the instructions to close metal blinds when you are gone and the place stays perfectly cool all day with the AC off. 4. The sofa and beds are modern and low. We loved them … but it would be very challenging for someone who is elderly with mobility issues. We REALLY loved this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We spent hours on the balcony … morning and evening. It is dreamy …

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic apartment. It is in a brilliant location with fantastic views of the coast line. The apartment is well equipped and very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I communicated withMaud at Fair Place and found her most helpful and quick with responses to any queries I had. We had a 5 night stay at this stunning spacious apartment. Located in front of the beach and within 5 min walking distance to the Yacht Festival. 3 double bedrooms with in-suite shower, nice well equipped kitchen, very large living room with comfy sofas and an amazing huge balcony with views over Cannes bay. Highly recommended. We'll return next year.

Gorgeous views from the balcony. Perfect location. The vacation of a lifetime!

The title says it all..... the condo was amazing. Spectacular views. Perfect location--- literally steps to La Croissette and the beaches. Easy walk to many restaurants/shops/town/bars/grocery stores. The condo felt spacious. We were welcomed with Champagne and other goodies, which was a really nice touch. Also, the apartment had 2 beach chairs, rafts, and an umbrella to use, which was wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay, and hope to come back. It truly is the perfect place to stay in Cannes!

excellent location and great view from the terrace

We enjoyed the place a lot. It is close to all things we needed: beach, cafes, Mistral square with children playground. There are a number of small stores around or you can go to the old center for weekly shopping. The area is good for children. The car is not needed. We enjoyed the terrace with the view of the sea. The apartment has all amentities as advertised. The pictures on the site represent the place correctly. I would consider to go back next year,

Great apartment with an amazing view, lovely beach, and convenient location to everything

We absolutely loved our stay in this place and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect and apartment is very nice. It was great to wake up to a beautiful view every morning and watch fireworks right from our balcony in the evening. The beach across the street was very clean with clear blue water; if someone likes to swim in the morning - the whole place is yours. Restaurants and shops were all walking distance. Restaurants across the street have nice siting area with lounges right on the beach. We also cooked some meal at the apartment; it has all the necessary cookware/dishware. A noise could be a problem for some people with light sleep during night if you decide to open the window in the master bedroom as it faces the busy main street; other two bedrooms are on a quiet side. Our host, Jules, was great. He gave us a lot of good recommendations on our arrival. We also took a private boat trip with him around islands that we greatly enjoyed.
