Charming loft apartment, on the 1st floor without elevator, located in the historic heart of the old town, at the foot of the castle, in a 17th century building. Classified 4 stars by the Haute-Savoie tourist office (Udotsi 74).
You will enjoy the canals, the lake, restaurants specializing in Savoy and gastronomy, shops and the market in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen overlooking the small interior courtyard with garden furniture. One bedroom with double bed, bath and sink and a separate toilet.

La Bulle Sainte Claire offers all comfort and calm for a wonderful stay in Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

Absolutely amazing location! The hosts had excellent communication and the check-in and out process was incredibly smooth. We had our 8 month old baby with us - the hosts were very considerate, not only setting up a highchair and pack’n play, but also a small baby bathtub to fit in their massive tub! Strongly recommend this apartment and Annecy overall. What a magical place!

Le Bulle Jolie

Restful stay in an adorable hideaway right next to all the best of old town Annecy. The terrace was delightful, and the perfect place to unwind after a packed day of outdoor and foodie activities. One of my favorite stays of all time.

Wonderful In Every Way

This flat was wonderful in every way! The interior was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and very quiet. We especially enjoyed afternoon tea on the delightfully private patio. The convenience to everything in old town Annecy was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Lovey Apartment in Great Location

Wonderful Vacation Spot

The apartment is perfect in every way. In the center of the old town where there is much activity, yet very quiet. The bed is comfortable, the water pressure in the shower good and the WiFi strong. Also, the little garden is a delight.

Great place to stay, very well located.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Well equipment, clean and tidy. Location was great as we were in the buzz of Annecy as soon as we step outside. Hosts were contactable for questions when needed which was very reassuring.

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Annecy

We had a lovely stay of 9 nights in this beautiful property. It is right in the heart of old town and very convenient for us with the car parked only about 100m away. We visited all that Annecy and the area had to offer and then came back to this lovely haven of tranquility to relax. Anne Valerie made us feel very welcome and was always available to assist if we had any questions. Loved our stay in Annecy,

The property is beautiful, and in a great location

The Bulls Sainte Claire is a gorgeous peaceful space, well appointed with lots of personal touches. Everything we needed was there. The apartment is so quiet, tucked inside a building constructed in the 1600’s, right in the heart of the old town. We loved our stay, and plan on returning!

Peaceful stay in the old city

This was our second stay in the apartment. We like the quiet even though the street outside is full of bars and restaurants, and the market is there every few days. The hosts are super-responsive and the place is charming. We’ll be back for a third time!

Beautiful space in the center of town!

We loved our stay. The apartment is super clean and spacious and in a great area. Everything is well organized and explained. The layout of the shower inside the bedroom is a bit odd but didn’t impact our time.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location.

This apartment is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well appointed with washer, seating at the bar or at a small dining table. Outdoor deck with table is great for drinks, tea etc.Tub/shower with separate wc. Walk up 2nd floor . Excellent location for exploring Annecy.

Sainte-Claire, Annecy

The property is adjacent to Rue Sainte-Claire, the heart of old Annecy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and you can readily walk to the train, car park and lake. The flat itself was pleasant, quiet and well stocked. The managers, Anne-Marie and Philippe were excellent in responding to both pre and post-booking inquiries. This is a very good VRBO option for two persons staying in Annecy.
