Perfectly located in the Loíza right by the beach, this 2 bed 2 bath has FAST WiFi, and NEW air conditioners! This place is perfect for a family or group of friends looking to have private beach and pool access with a quick way to see the rainforest. New appliances & a Keurig Steps to the private beach, 2 different pool locations, Tennis, Basketball + 2 different play areas. 2 private parking spots Driving Distance Close: St. Regis + Rio Mar golfing, Luquillo beach, El Yunque rainforest

2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The sofa in the living room folds down into a queen bed also. The tv stand in the front room has 2 drawers for clothes. We also have a laundry rack for drying wet bathing suits and towels. We have thought of most things that will make your stay enjoyable.

Nirvana - PR

This was our second trip to Puerto Rico and we had a fabulous time. The condo fit our needs perfectly and was just as described and pictured. The beds were comfortable, the condo clean and tidy upon arrival. The check-in process easy and uneventful! Although we had no need to contact Brenda during our stay, she was prompt and informative when I messaged her prior to arrival and upon departure. We spent most of our days at the beach and several of the surrounding beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend this condo and Brenda.

Clean and good value

Nice clean place. We enjoyed the pools and being next to the waterfront which has a small beach but a bit rough for the kids. Bball hoop was no good but there’s a beautiful covered court in the park right next door. Security is present and patrols. We liked the area, not very touristy

The unit itself is lovely and clean. The building needs some TLC. The 2 pools were in poor shape and maixtenance needs to work on it. The gates did not have proper locks that small children can get into the pool areas. Pool lights were out of the socket and hanging out. The security individuals were not always at the post and made it difficult to access the property.

Some issues but would stay

Puerto Rico has many challenges and trying to get someone to change an air conditioner during the Christmas holidays can be one if them. Unfortunately, over the 7-night stay, our adult daughter had to sleep without air conditioning for 6 nights.

So worth it

First time in PR and this place made my stay so enjoyable. The host was extremely responsive and helpful if I had a question. Its located in a cute and quiet neighborhood that is close enough to the action without feeling overwhelmed. And the private beach was a slice of heaven. I’m struggling with telling ppl about this place because I want to keep it my little secret but I won’t be selfish. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay

Great little condo with a great beach. Reasonably close to all excursions we did(bioluminescent bay, rain forest, culebra beach snorkeling tour and walking tour of old San Juan. Owners communication was outstanding, very responsive and accommodating.

Not where it says it is

There were 2 1/2 flights of stairs that were told to me the day I was traveling, It states its right on the beach, not you have to walk 4mins to 5 mins to get there, also it says stores, resturant , bars are in walking distance. It is so far out, you have to walk to a 7 min neighborhood store, that closed early at nights and Sunday. Place was beautiful and perfect if its speciies you need to walk to beach not on the beach and should state a car is nessary to get around. It gets expensive to go anywhere with uber cause its a 30 min drive to get to civilaztion. I paid almost $300.00 for UBER

nice pools and condo, very hot upon arrival but got the bedroom AC working and cooled off. living room AC would have been nice but we were gone most of the day to notice

Wonderful time in Puerto Rico

We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Close to all fun activities beaches, El Yunque rain forest, and San Juan. Greatly appreciate the water shoes for the waterfall hike and snorkeling on the corral tide pools. Not the owners issue, but one of the kid pools had a lot of algae. It is also important to know the a/c is only in the bedrooms. We also appreciated the access to the very efficient laundry and the quick communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

Multi Generational Stay

Great stay, but if you are traveling with elderly people, not the place for you. Apartment is a third floor walk up, no AC in the living room and rough steps to the beach. For younger family members, a fine place to stay.

The place was ok. Needed to book a place at the last minute. Place had ants if you left anything out on the counter. They had notes of what not to do on tape all over the place. They could have warned us of the issue. When I texted them about the ants they said ya that will happen.

Lovely views in Building H.

We enjoyed the weather on the front and rear balconies. There are no elevators and four floors in all the buildings, not a problem for us. While the unit had a lot of decorations, there was also a lot of deferred maintenance, the bedroom blinds are broken, some of the kitchen cupboards were in bad repair and there was minimal kitchen equipment, one larger serving bowl only. The worst thing is the beach is fenced off and messy with old fencing scattered all over and repairs may be months off, if ever, due to legal problems as we were told by a resident. While this is not the fault of the owner, renters should be aware. Lastly, the gated community felt safe, but the area around it is in bad shape. In spite of this, we would return if we could get a unit toward the beach end of the development on an upper floor. The weather was nice and the balconies pleasant for people from a cold climate like us.

Awesome vacation experience!!

This was a wonderful vacation experience! The room is very clean and cute, and the host was very accommodating and kind . The beach was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect getaway and I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it as an awesome get away .

The apartment is nice and clean. Pro's: Security, guards etc. Beach access, Parking, WiFi, Good amount of space. Well stocked, beach toys, towels etc Con's: No ac in the main room, One pool closed (not informed of this)

Weekend get away

The property was comfortable and easily accessed. Security kept things locked down inside the facility and parking was close by the building. I recomend this as a location to stay

I am a world traveler and own several properties in locations that spoke to me on my travels. Some of the locations I own are in Mexico, California, Texas, St Thomas and of course Puerto Rico. I have many businesses that keep me active and busy. My family and I have stayed many times in this condo. I have a 9yr old a 5yr old and a lovely wife.

My kids favorite thing is WARM water and this is the place

This property is nicely laid out. Has lots of amenities like a small timeshare. I personally love this area due to the amazing beach we have and a few others close by. It is perfectly located between the airport and Luquillo beach. You can access Wyndham Rio Mar Resort from here quite easily as well as the St Regis Golf resort.

If you love ecotourism this is the best place to stay. The rainforest can be accessed with a car. The beaches are easily accessed and the food is amazing nearby. Do you want to go and kayak in Bio Bay? Yup another quick trip in the car to Fajardo gets you an amazing experience. If you love boating that can also be accessed in Fajardo.

You don't have to pay a toll to get here or drive on busy freeways. There is a small local market outside of the gates or you can choose to hit the Walmart or Pueblo Supermarket at Isla Verde that is 24/7 right outside of the airport.

We do have UBER in our area however the airport forces you to use a taxi to leave its property.
