We are team of professionals that take care of villa rentals at Vianaar Hospitality Private Limited. Vianaar is into development of luxury apartments and villas since almost a decade now. Starting August 2019, we started renting out villas in our first luxury villas project in Vagator called La Maroma Estate. La Maroma Estate has 9 luxury villas, each with its own private swimming pool and garden. The villas are gated with 24*7 security and housekeeping staff available at the premises from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM. We also have a professional concierge and have curated a menu of additional services for our guests.

Careful planning has ensured that the Vianaar experience is one of a kind. From the time our guests arrive in Goa to the time they leave for their flight back home, we are committed to take care of them.
In our effort to give back to the environment, we use organic cotton bed and bath linen in these villas.
We also use Paraben free toiletries in the villas.
Chemical free cleansing agents are used to clean these homes.
Our Housekeeping Staff are available from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
A delicious and healthy gourmet breakfast is served daily. Our efficient Housekeeping. Team will visit the villa each morning to whip up your breakfast at a timing of your choice. The usual breakfast timing is 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
24*7 security at the gate.
A cook on call is available, if required.
