Comfortable furnishings, large flat screen tv’s, fast internet and it’s only the first floor.

As you ascend to the main floor, past the fully tiled accent wall, perfect for photo’s is the main living space. On the right, facing Gannet Street, is the fully remodeled kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, cabinets and countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a charming Carolina room, perfect for relaxing with a book or checking on some emails. To the left, the main living area greets you with new high-end furnishings, an 85-inch smart TV and doors out to the back deck.

From the living room, take a few steps down to the pool area for a swim. Enjoy the sun while on the pool deck or fire up the grill and enjoy lunch at the patio table by the pool. Rinse off from the beach and come right up to pool deck for a great time outside.

Back inside the main floor are the remaining three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom for added comfort. The primary suite is on the right side of the home and has a large shower and double sinks just inside the bedroom. There is also a door to the back deck off the bedroom.
