Spacious Basement Apartment with separate entrance

This is a newly finished basement apartment with a full kitchen and large bathroom. It has one king bed, one queen bed, and a futon. There is a separate outside entrance, inside a gated yard. We will give you a code for a lock box once the dates are booked. We ask that the back yard be left alone. This location is close to a Smith's Marketplace, Walmart, and gas station within a couple of miles. We are about 15 minutes from the freeway at the Pioneer crossing exit.
