Sitting right between Jack Frost and Big Boulder, you are only minutes away from hitting the slopes in the winter, and enjoying swimming and boating in the summer. Looking for more fun? Enjoy nearby Split Rock H2Oooooh Indoor Waterpark, bowling at split rock resort, as well as local restaurants and shopping. Kayak, canoe, and paddle board rentals available directly across from house.

This house has something for everyone. From the arcade on the lower level ( with ski ball, air hockey, and 2 multicades loaded with 2500 plus games), to the expansive wrap around deck with 8-person hot tub and the open main floor with 75ā€ HD tv.

Watch the game from the hot tub with built-in bluetooth sound system or relive your childhood in the arcade room. Entertain in the massive kitchen with a 10 foot island that opens to the family room while taking in the views of the lake.

The hot tub did not work. It was disappointing because that was a feature that was at the top of our list. There was also an issue with the linens and the trash bin being full so we had to keep the bags of trash in the house.

Our stay was good; the description of the lake should be adjusted as there is no access to the lake via Split Rock Resort, as the beach at the lake is closed. The house was in very good condition, but the area behind the house was very dirty.

Great Lake Harmony House

Great house with plenty of space. Perfect location for skiing at both Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Downstairs game room and bedroom are prefect for a group of kids. Host was quick to respond and check in / check out process was super easy. Would definitely book this house again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful house on Lake Harmony

We loved this house. It was very nicely remodeled and decorated. The location was steps to the lake and dock for kayaking and paddle boarding. The kitchen was nicely equipped with clean and modern appliances and nicely stocked utensils and supplies (something Iā€™ve come to learn is sometimes rare in rentals) We had a family group of 10 and all fit very comfortably and look forward to renting this property again.

Thanksgiving weekend.

Property is right across the street from the lake. House is well decorated and there is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, coffee cups, glasses pots and pans. Hot tub worked well. The kids had a lot of fun in the game room. WiFi worked. There is a bar within walking distance which was nice. The owner was easy to reach and helpful. We had a great weekend.

The property itself was great and everything functioned well. The rooms and setup of the interior suited our needs well. The problem experienced was "The Beach". This property advertises waterfront with a private beach access. This was a draw to us for swimming and other activities. Come to find out, this area has been closed since last September. Heavy moss and plant vegetation was in the water. Signs were posted that prohibited any access. We had a group of 7in total staying at this property and this closure caused us to seek out other facilities with added costs. I scored this property a 3 because the house and amenities were good but very disappointed that we were not previously notified of the beach closure.

Pocono Getaway

The house is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Location is great. Comfortable linens and beds and lots of plush towels. On the other hand, there were an unexpected number of nits for a premium rental. The listed wifi network and password were not accurate to the VRBO listing, the router needed to be re-booted, the hot water heater needed to be re-started, the shades on one window of one of the bedrooms had broken partial slats, the other window had no covering at all, the freezer door refused to close completely (we fixed the issue).

Clean, cute and cozy!

As a mom with two children, I really loved how clean this property was! Iā€™m talking pristine condition! No dust or dirt anywhere! The sheets and towels were left in clean plastic bags and there was an abundance of pillows and blankets for each bed! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals! The game room was so cute and the kids loved it, although not all the games really work to keep score, you can still use them and have fun playing! The fireplace in the living room is so cozy and is where we spent most our time. We really loved the house for our winter trip and would love to come back in the summer as itā€™s directly across the street from split rocks private beach!

Needs some attention

Doors did not lock properly, propane empty in outdoor fireplace, towels stained, hot tub did not work, no beach accessible at time of stay, game room in disrepair, gave owner ample time to respond or refund some of our money and no response. Perhaps this is a better rental in the winter months, would not recommend during summer as it seems to be of little concern to owner. If you plan on fishing there is no real access to lake as this house does not have a dock or water access as it appears in pictures.

Perfect house and location

We stayed here with my family of 4, my parents and in laws, and my sister in law with her 3 kids. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed. The pictures donā€™t compare to being there in person. The house was big, plenty of room to spread out, and the location was perfect. It was very clean in every way. The kids enjoyed playing in the game room, walking around the lake, and especially the water activities a few steps away (directly in front of the house). Us adults enjoyed the large deck and hanging out on the super comfy couch, watching deer, the hot tub, and we all enjoyed the huge open kitchen and living room. This place is amazing, a dream home. The beds are comfy and the washer / dryer came in handy. I donā€™t have any suggestions to make this place better. 5 stars. Thank you for allowing us to rent and create wonderful memories for my family.

Great location on a fantastic lake!

Spent long weekend with 2 adults and 4 kids (11,12, two 13). House is in a great spot, walking distance to restaurants and activities but on a private, quiet road (great for morning walks). The lake has a community vibe, with a handful of local spots for food/drink that are the definition of causal and friendly. We didn't explore much around the broader area, but BVT and the local mini-golf/arcade were a hit with our crew. Brad's house has everything we needed and more, he did a great job updating the home - high quality throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Overall good but wonā€™t be back

Pros: The house was beautiful. The check in process was super easy. The host was extremely quick with communication. I think the house was great but definitely not for 7k for 3 nights. Cons: When I arrived there were dirty towels in the washer, unwashed and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I contacted the host and he said he could try to find someone to come over. I was with family after flying in from Miami and really didnā€™t want someone in the house so my mom just did it. I stayed in the master and the pillow situation was really pathetic lol just two small flat pillows. The master bath the water would barely stay warm you had to keep messing with it. The garbage can outside was completely filled to the top with garbage and bags of garbage which was knocked over and some type of animal must have gotten into it when we arrived. The house is across the street from the lake but you arenā€™t allowed to use it unless you are a member or pay $22 per person, just an inconvenience. The house was nice but for four seasons prices it was giving one season.

The house is lovelyā€¦ well appointed and spacious. Perfect for our extended family of 8.

Great house. The outdoor living space was perfect for hanging out together; reading, conversation and enjoying a fire (table) after dinner. Hot tub was a real hit. The kitchen was excellent ā€¦ had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and came with linens and towels (bring your own beach towels). The property was close to local restaurants/ bars. We are a lake swimming family, so our only disappointment was our lack of swimming options; although the property was across the road from the Split Rick resort (beach), we were not permitted to swim there since the house is not, per se, part of the resort . We attempted to swim in the lake early in the mornings before there was excess boat traffic; this only worked out half the time. It was nice, however, having kayak, canoe, and paddle boat rentals right across the road. Overall, the property was fantastic for quality, family time. Our host was also immediately responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Poconos!

Great property

This has to be one of the best properties we have stayed at over the years. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and bar. The game room kept our kids occupied for hours. House was well kept and had all the essentials.

Will definitely stay again

We had a great vacation, the house is clean offers plenty of room for your family/friends. Came supplied with everything you need. Enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Great location as we were close to the waterparks Great Wolf and Aquatopia/Camel Beach. And also to restaurants and grocery. Only negative thing I could say is if you enjoy fishing there is nowhere to fish by the house except if you rent a boat. Will definitely book again. Thank you
