Guests at the Grand Mayan have access to all of the amenities of the resort on the 2500 acre property with its immaculate gardens, lakes and pools. The only exception is for the Grand Luxxe and The Estates areas and pools.

The staff at the Grand Mayan at the desk are available 24/7 to answer all of your questions and to meet all of your needs. The housekeeping department is also there for you to address the items in your room.

Other things to note

Shuttles arrive every few minutes to take you throughout the resort to the shopping areas, restaurants, beaches, pools and wherever you want to go. There are also beautiful walking paths and wooden walkways with gorgeous landscaping all around.
