Ski In/Out Access---This top floor newly updated property features stainless steel appliances and slab granite countertops. The living room has a new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The Master bedroom has a memory foam king bed. The complex is located with easy ski-in/out access as well as shuttle service to the base during the ski season.

The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, a sleeper sofa, dining room table, and eat-in granite kitchen counter.

The Club House has a complete spa facility with a heated outdoor saline pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, weight room, and exercise equipment. Shuttles to the gondola during the winter add to your convenience.

During the summer walk the trail from the complex to the free bus to get around town and renew your spirit at world-class hot springs at nearby Strawberry Park.

Steamboat

Everything you need for eating and cooking is there. Our sleeping conditions are another story. The king bed mattress was the hardest we have ever had to sleep on. And the storage drawers in the lower bed are extremely difficult to open. We found an air mattress hoping to pump it up and place on the mattress / sure thing the batteries were dead, we bought new ones and the bed deflated. There in not an ice machine in the freezer and the trays of ice looked old. We bought ice. Pool is convenient and very accommodating.

NOT AS PICTURED!!! Please make the pics match the condo.

We had an amazing stay regardless of the pictures not matching the condo itself. I'm not sure which condo that picture was taken from, but it definitely was not the one we stayed in. We had a view of the parking lot. When I contacted the realtor, I was told to read the description. I'm sorry, but the picture should match the actual condo. That was a big disappointment. Also, there should've been a nice letter giving the wifi user and password, directions on the use of the washing machine/dryer (it took us 4 hours to do one load bc the door wouldn't open), and notification as to what to do with the trash. We actually had to talk to other guests to find out. Aside from those things, we had an amazing stay. Even tho, it was a work vacay, I felt quite homey. The wood stove was a wonderful add-on, as well and there was ample firewood to last us for the week. The bed was a little hard, but after a day of skiing, it wasn't too bad. The location was perfect and the neighbors were fantastic. Don't get me wrong, we had an amazing time and the condo was beautiful. I picked it bc of the view. I shouldn't be expected to read the description after I've already looked thru the pictures to see what I'm renting. Regardless, the stay was amazing. It was very clean as I left it the same way. I took plenty of pictures.... I would still rent from them again.... maybe this time, actually getting the one in the pictures.

Excellent 1BR condo

We were happy with all aspects of our stay. Kitchen is very well equipped. Ski in/out was good. Host was responsive. Everything worked. (If the living room light flickers, hold down the remote control button to increase the dimmer!).

As advertised. 1 BR with a pull out sofa bed. Clean and nice. Ski in and ski out Parking was fine. Hot tub was a short walk. Would go there again for sure.

Great weekend getaway

We had a lovely time in this unit, really no complaints, clean, comfortable, great location, well styled. The ski in/ski out access was such a breeze and so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Storm Meadows condo

Excellent location and generally good amenities (pool, etc). Condo itself was good but had a lingering smell of smoke (tobacco) that never went away no matter the amount we sprayed air fresher, or cleaned what we believed were the source areas. Parking was also a problem in that no dedicated spaces, so during the holiday week the lot tended to fill up with folks that brought multiple vehicles, so we had to scramble for a space. Better to pass out parking passes and monitor, although I'm guessing there aren't enough staff to do it. Also, they changed the door code just as we were leaving so keeping the front door open to load/unload was a pain. Other than that very enjoyable!

Great location. Clean. Responsive!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Kristin was extremely responsive and provided all information we needed for easy access and departure. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thanks for a great mountain weekend getaway!

Cute place, friendly neighborhood

Cute, comfortable place with everything we needed. Great pool, hot tub and workout room. Unit was shaded by a large tree so it was fairly easy to keep it cool in the summertime using fans.

The unit was terrible, dirty, bathroom toilet and mold in the tub. Bedroom cobwebs on headboard.

I was looking for a relaxing time away from the city. Upon my arrival on Friday, I sent an email to the unit contact. With pictures of how dirty the unit was, she didn't reply didn't care. The following day I tried to contact her and didn't get a response. Very, very terrible experience. Never again will come here again. I either I can summit pictures, I'm not lying. Thanks for this experience.

February Ski Trip in Steamboat

My son and I stayed at the condo during February vacation for a ski trip. We loved everything about the condo and the location. It was so nice that we were able to ski in and ski out every day. We enjoyed the amenities like the clubhouse and the hot tub after a long day of skiing. I would highly recommend this location and I look forward to staying there again the next time I come to Steamboat

Wonderful mountain getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was incredibly clean and well maintained and Kristin was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. We absolutely loved the location and the ability to ski in and ski out! We also enjoyed having a ski locker and access to the pool and hot tub.

Quick ski getaway.

Ski in and ski out was nice. Room was just as expected. A little dated, but fine for our needs. Hot Tub/Pool had very limited hours (Closed at 6 PM). Kitchen was very nice, but an ice maker would have be nice. No TV in bedroom. Sofa very comfortable. Parking was never a problem. We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. We would consider this condo when we come back again..

Solitude and a fireplace

I stayed alone here for 6 nights. I felt safe; it was quiet; no problem parking; convenience to grocery and liquor stores…I had a great stay here, enjoyed it immensely.

Don’t miss out on this one!

It is a wonderful property. Close to the mountain and downtown as well as hiking trails etc. You couldn’t go wrong renting this property. I can imagine during the ski season it is perfect! We come out every year and would look to rebooking for our ski trip. The only disappointment is there was no iron or ironing board! Lol….just cause I am picky but would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Location location location!

We enjoyed a stay here during the summer months, so the benefit of ski in and out wasn’t taken advantage of, but I can only imagine it would be the perfect place in the winter months! Conveniently located to anything in Steamboat and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Lots of wildlife in the area!

I'll start by saying we loved the location and that's actually why we chose it. Beyond that, the kitchen was amazing but the down side is...the rest of the place wasn't all that clean. The building has that "old smell" to it and the condo was slightly better but not very clean. We just chalked it up to covid and overall lack of attention. Ice trays in the fridge were disgusting so we had to drive to the store for ice after a long drive as there isnt an ice maker on property. It also looked like the owner had thrown all of their bathroom products under the sink as it was pretty gnarly.

Comfortable 1 bedroom, great location.

The unit has been remodeled, has a nice feel and is comfortable for a family of four. The ski-in, ski-out is a big plus as is the full kitchen which we were able to utilize. We had a nice experience and would come back when in Steamboat. Definitely a good value.

Convenient and Clean

This property is in an older complex built in the late 60s. The unit has been remodeled, and it is comfortable. The ski-in/out feature is very nice. There may be a fluctuating power issue, as we experienced the lights in the main fan dimming to almost nothing and then coming back on - without us touching anything. It was minor, though. The bed was very comfortable, though we were missing having reading lights by the bed. There is only an overhead light. Nevertheless, the unit did its job and we had a great stay!

Very small issues with the property (ice machine not working, washer/dryer issues) but Kristin was very responsive and worked hard to correct the problems.
