Private lakefront entire downstairs with private entrance. . Enjoy private pier, sunrises, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, fire pit, sandy beach and more. Private porch with rockers.
Full sized refrigerator and stove, full kitchen with air fryer, keurig and other amenities. . Charcoal grill available.
Not for parties or events.property and amenities for guests on reservation only.
Laundry available by special request with additional fee. Full kitchen
Well behaved small pets welcomed , fee applies. $20per night per pet, with prior approval.
Sleeps 4 can accommodate 6 with living room - one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with 2 twin beds., $30 per night per guest over 4 people.
Plenty of towels and blankets etc. I live upstairs with small. Friendly dog, and probably have anything you may have forgotten.
No shared spaces, separate locked entries. Total privacy. Entire 1500 sq ft. Lake front downstairs is yours.

Great stay

Loved our stay at Dianeā€™s, it was short as we had a wedding to attend but will be back for a longer stay. The view of the lake is amazing, quiet, clean, and cozy. 10/10 recommend as I lived on LKN for 7 years and this is def a gem.

I had such a wonderful time staying at this lake house on Lake Norman. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed. The host, Diane, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect ā€” she was friendly, accommodating, and truly made me feel at home.The property itself is in a great location with easy access to the water. Itā€™s perfect for anyone who loves outdoor activities, especially fishing, which was my favorite part of the trip. The view from the house was peaceful and relaxing, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge.I couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Lake Norman.

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I (and dog) stayed here to relax for the weekend and enjoyed every moment. The private beach added to the wonderful experience and kept away most Lake boaters. The property is close to all restaurants but secluded to enjoy peaceful evenings.

Weā€™ve stayed at this property before and it never disappoints. The beach and the lake access is superb. The views are gorgeous. Everything is clean. The owner is accommodating. We love coming here when we want a quick lake getaway.

Cozy little get away!

I wanted a long weekend away with my children with easy access to the water and peaceful setting. That is just what we got! The property set up is so perfect to spend the days floating, swimming, and playing in the lake. The inside was very neat and clean. Plenty of games for the kids, and near almost anything you would need to get to, while being secluded enough to enjoy the peace! Diane was more than accommodating as a host from the supply of towels, floats, or even being fast to reply! Absolutely will be back, my boys didnā€™t want to leave.

Charlotte area must stay

If you are considering a trip to the Charlotte area donā€™t overlook staying at Dianeā€™s place. Lake right outside your door to fish and kayak and close enough to Charlotte for activities there. House is super clean and everything is provided you need and then some. Will defiantly stay again if we are in the Charlotte area.

What a fun weekend! Diane was a pleasure to work with. Very attentive and friendly. The apartment had anything you needed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beautiful Stay on Lake Norman

We were visiting the Mooresville area to see our son. We decided to stay at this property on Lake Norman. Are we ever happy with our decision! Not only is the property roomy, it was very clean with everything we needed with a great view of the lake. It was such a peaceful, cozy setting that the entire family enjoyed. Everything within the property was well organized and abundant, plus, if we needed anything during our stay, we just had to ask. Our hostess went out of her way to make us comfortable, and, she even gave us ingredients to make s'mores while we had bonfire! We had a very enjoyable stay with hiking, canoeing and kayaking. We plan to return for another stay.

Awesome time!

We had a nice little family getaway! It was a little too cold to play in the water but we did get to enjoy it for a bit. A glass of wine on the pier and the kids enjoyed playing on the beach. We appreciated the treats and extra toiletries. Not too far off of a drive to Carowinds, about 50 minutes. We went to Spare Time since it was a bit chilly and the kids had a great time! Easy to get to places in town, grocery stores nearby. Great time!

Wonderful getaway location

This was a perfect setup for our family getaway. My wife and I (the grandparents) were joined by our daughter, her husband and 2 of our grandchildren to visit our daughter who lives in Mooresville. Diane was a wonderful host. We wanted for nothing at all. We stayed in the lower part of the house. Completely isolated, squeaky clean, plenty of amenities, everything we needed. Comfortable sleeping conditions, great family room for the kids and adults to gather, play games, eat, have fun. Air conditioned, comfortable. And, we had our own private beach completely stocked with whatever we needed for fun on the water! We'll definitely return next time we do a family getaway on Lake Norman! Nice space with great amenities

Lovely place on the lake - already a selling point - with additional great touches: sā€™mores kit, towels at the ready, basket of grab and go snacks, and anything else you could possibly need. Diane was super communicative and extra kind. Driveway is an adventure, but not truly off-putting (just take all moves slowly!).

Place felt like homeā€¦ truly it did. Diane is an excellent human being and she takes care of things that people take for granted. An Eco Gem

This was perfect for an eco consciousness, active lifestyle. We were on and off the water the whole stay. Use the grill to cook outdoors. No laundry was the only drawback with children. But perfect for couples! I will be returning next summer for a family wedding. Thank you D.S.! For wonderful relaxing stay after a long cross country funeral. This place definitely resets your soul!!

Home away from home

It was such an easy process to get in to our room and enjoy the amenities of the home; Diane was so hospitable to us during our stay as well and her presence on the property was never felt unless needed. The water was too cold to get in the lake, but we had such an enjoyable experience around the town of Mooresville (and surrounding towns). I would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to returning.
