A spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney!

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay.

The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom. The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two TVs with DVD Players, AM/FM/CD Stereo, along with full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a work room, arcade, DVD rentals and access to a variety of rental water sport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Water sports.

Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and make sure you have a great vacation experience. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance. Some property management frustrations

First, I want to say the property was as advertised - location, great, nice and clean, bed was decent, both bathrooms nicely sized, nice view of Lake Buena Vista. Frustration was with the management company, and issues with climate control - AC wasn't keeping up, and it wasn't hot outside - just everything was damp and clammy, and AC wasn't properly dehumidifying - only one fan speed, not enough air flow, and although it was cool enough in the dining room (where the thermostat was located), couldn't get the bedrooms either cool or dry (combo of air flow and lowest setting on thermostat was 72 °F). Second night, fire alarm going off for 30 minutes at 1 A.M., for the entire building, front desk says false alarm caused by the humidity in the smoke detectors (it was raining), and all detectors in the building are linked. Ok, this is Florida, it rains a lot - seems like this is a fatal flaw in a 20-story condo where you have to take the stairs to the ground floor in the middle of the night... Or maybe improve the HVAC to remove some of the humidity from the rooms?

I have stayed at VRBO condo's throughout the south 11 times since the beginning of the year 2023. This condo is the first unacceptable stay. Upon arriving after 7 pm on a Sunday night, we unloaded all our provisions into the refrigerator. There were no cleaning items (sponge, soap,kitchen towels, etc) for this condo. There were still wet towels hanging on a clasp behind each of the bathroom doors. The toilet paper in each were both less than half full as if no one cleaned the room thoroughly. The A/C filter was so full of debris, the air was smelly and discusting. Not to mention the ceiling fan that was caked with old accumulated dust. In the morning, all our food/provisions were frozen solid. A waste of $160 of food. And finally, the owner failed to inform us of the next door condo's full renovation. From 8 am - 5pm, the sound of power saws, hammering, in and out traffic and non-stop music would not allow us to sleep (I work at night, sleep during the day). I contacted the owner who stated it would be addressed by days end. Two nights later and nothing was repaired, addressed, or discussed again. I asked to be let out of the rental due to the poor VRBO standards. He refunrded me only 35% of my entire week for less than 40 hours in the room. He also posted availability that very day without addressing the shoddy quality. The pictures posted are completely old and do not represent the interior of this poor quality condo, and irresponsible host. I suggest passing on this unit.

One bedroom condo with balcony overlooking Lake Bryan

My husband and I rented this one bedroom condo for five days while our daughter was at a volleyball tournament in Orlando. We wanted a clean one bedroom condo that was decently priced somewhat close to the Orange County convention center. Condo is on the fifth floor and overlooks the pool and lake. The refrigerator was not working properly on arrival and when I contacted the owner he got right on it and had maintenance come and fix it. Condo was clean but could use a deep cleaning by the cleaning service. The pool is huge. We spent most mornings at the pool before heading to the tournament. Pool in the morning was not crowded which was nice. There are several restaurants in walking distance including a subway, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. Located near Disney Springs and Disney World. If you are looking for somewhere that is away from the craziness of Orlando but still close this would be a good place to stay. Overall we had a good stay.

Nice place, great location

Kids loved the pool, parents loved the fact that they had a bartender at the pool. Arcade was closed for COVID, as well as the fitness facility, but that's understandable. Overall, it was a great getaway for our spring break.

We enjoyed our stay! Second time at this location. The view is stunning. We did find a musty smell. And there were no blankets only a thicket sheet. We were chilly at night even with the air off. We would stay here again though!
