With a heated and secure swimming pool (6. 50 x 3.20) (roller shutter), a shaded terrace of 50m2 and a Mediterranean garden, it will immerse you in the warm atmosphere of beautiful summer days around tasty grills.

You will find a few tens of meters from the house, the Provencal market but also the village shops (Caterer, butchers, pastry cooks, fruit and vegetables, pharmacists or hairdressers ...).
Less than 20 minutes from the famous Cours Mirabeau in Aix en Provence or the very popular alleys of Lourmarin in Lubéron, you will have the leisure to choose your summer getaways, from the creeks of Cassis to Baux de Provence in the Alpilles massif. Piano lovers, close to the house, you will enjoy the programming of the 39th edition of the international piano festival of Roque d'Anthéron; without forgetting to admire the pieces of contemporary art that decorate the alleys of the domain of Château La Coste.

The house, equipped with WIFI, has all the modern comfort necessary:
- a large fitted kitchen open to the large living areas: a lounge / dining room and a second summer lounge open onto the garden thanks to its two pocket bays.
- Distributed by a contemporary staircase, the 3 large bedrooms each have a double bed.

Finally, typical of Provencal farmhouses, the thickness of the walls, which are over a hundred years old, ensures a natural freshness for the whole house.
