In Carcans Maubuisson, "Les Grands Pins" is a small Pierre et Vacances Residence of 4 buildings, around an adult swimming pool, another for children and a playground. A bowling alley, a beach volleyball court are located nearby.

I put in seasonal rental a T2 studio of 30 m2, fully equipped for 5 people with terrace facing south, cut off from the view of other residents.

In the heart of a pine forest, nature environment connected to the 120kms of cycle paths of the station. Lake, lake beach and the center of Carcans within walking distance in a few minutes.
Carcans ocean beach is 3.5 km away and you can hire bikes from the residence to get there, if you do not want to bring your own.

Peace and security for children is ensured because cars are banned, they have parking at the entrance of the residence.

Close to surfing, horse riding, adventure park, tennis, archery, at the gates of Médoc and Lacanau.

Arrivals are between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Departures are at 10 a.m. the following Saturday.

A guarantee check of € 300 and another of € 50 for cleaning will be requested upon arrival. They will not be collected before your arrival and will be returned to you after your departure if there has been no damage and if the cleaning has been done, according to the inventory of fixtures.

A supplement of 0. 80 € per day per person over the age of 18 will be required as part of the tourist tax. Those under 18 do not pay this tax.
