All our beds are incredibly comfortable. We also insure that everything is spotless when you arrive. Unit also has a new washer and dryer for your use.

The pool opens on May 1 through September 30. The on-site tennis and pickle ball courts have recently been renovated.

Ideal lake location which is close to grocery stores (Publix/Harris Teeter), shopping (Birkdale Village), multiple parks and greenways, golf, kayaking, uptown Charlotte, NASCAR racing, and close to Davidson College. Upscale restaurant (The Lake House) is within walking distance.

For Boat Lovers: Morningstar Marina is just a few minutes away for boat and jet ski rentals. Note: Our unit does not have a dedicated boat slip and boat trailers must be parked at the marina.
