The absolute coolest vacation destination is in the Beachwalk, and this home offers 3000 square feet of living space at a lower rate than Beachwalk homes with more bedrooms in a similar footprint. Completed in June 2020, East of the Sun sleeps up to 14 with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. You can unwind after a day at the beach in the music-themed basement that features a pool table, karaoke stage, and wet bar amidst music memorabilia or entertain in the solar-themed main floor. Enjoy an evening by the fireplace inside or at the shared fire pit outside. Stocked with games, books, and movies, the entire family will be entertained in this new gem in Lake Michigan's premier vacation resort. For larger parties, you can rent along with the adjoining Troll's Den or Valhalla, which sleep up to 6 and 11 respectively. From the Friday before Memorial Day through mid-August there is a 4-night minimum and all guests must purchase resort passes, which cost $15 per person. There is a $5 parking cost per car.

All cleaning fees are baked into the nightly rate.

Cleanliness and infection control has always been a top priority for our company. Our cleaning and infection control processes were put in place so that when you visit our homes at the Beachwalk, it's both safe and comfortable.

We will continue remote check-in/check-out procedures, but as always will be available to take your calls, answer any questions, and provide the overall great service you have come to expect. Early check-ins or late check-outs will be allowed when possible and will be charged at the hourly average of the nightly rate.
