In winter, you’re only 10 minutes from Big Sky Resort, offering world-class skiing and snowboarding. After a day on the slopes, curl up by the wood-burning fireplace or unwind in the shared outdoor hot tub (open seasonally, use pool keycard in unit to access).

In summer, enjoy easy access to Yellowstone National Park—just 45 minutes away via West Yellowstone—and spend your days hiking, fishing, golfing, or relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool. The condo’s private furnished deck boasts incredible views of Lone Peak, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing.

We were so disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. That was the number one reason we chose this property, and we were willing to pay more (compared to other similar properties) was to enjoy the hot tub. Especially, since it is listed as the main attraction. It only feels right that we receive a refund at some level to make up for the disappointment. I never write negative reviews but this one really was difficult since it was a family trip we were really looking forward to!

Nice place with a beautiful view of Lone Peak

Overall a nice place to stay. The propane BBQ barely works and the lid is broken, but there is a smal briquette BBQ. We found the main bed and pillows too firm for our liking. Big Sky is very expensive, so this condo is a great price point.

Great spot, amazing views of lone peak!! Very warm hot tub…also with an incredible view!Space is not updated, but very well maintained and pretty clean. One small issue with the stove, but management was receptive and prompt with response.I do wish there had been a possibility to get in early.

Great view, great location but needs some maintenance.

Nice property in a good location with a nice view over the golf course. Everything was OK except the rugs were dirty and worn and the carpet was badly stained. Beds were comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Great place, great location

The location was great - an hour away from Bozeman and from Yellowstone. Nice quaint neighborhood. I will say there were many stains on the carpet - didn't really care about that considering I have 3 kids and am used to stains... Also,cnot sure if the microwave recently broke or what happened but there was no microwave. It was a tad inconvenient, having to use the stove or toaster oven, but it wasn't bad. Beautiful area, and we had a great time this week!

Broken front door lock, took two nights to fix

The front door of the unit didn’t lock for the first two nights of a three night trip. It was open when we arrived and couldn’t lock from the inside or outside. We flagged immediately and only after hours interacting with support did somebody come to fix it after two nights. Sour experience from Vacasa. Otherwise the condo was fine, dated with some minor things broken or falling apart but worked for a weekend ski trip

The home was very clean, but the garage floor wasCOVERED with debris (dirt, dried/caked mud, grit) and was cluttered making parking difficult. We had concerns with tracking debris into home. When originally booked on VRBO, it showed pictures of hot tub, leading one to believe there was a hot tub on the property, but it’s actually in a shared location and no info regarding this is in materials at the home. On arrival, the VACASA app said it was closed due to COVID. Hmmm….better not to advertise there’s a hot tub since there really isn’t one. Also, we booked via VRBO (which clearly says to communicate via them) but all info re home actually came from VACASA which requires second app download. Also VACASA staff nice, but clueless regarding home.The home is quite spacious & comfortable, but very dated with LOTS of deferred maintenance. We did a temporary fix of the second toilet to keep it from emitting continuous high pitched whine Good news(?) is they called us at 8am to tell us the plumber would be there in an hour to replace both toilets . Didn’t answer this call as unknown number. When I tried to call right back, w person from VACASA as not local & had no idea what I was talking about. Plumber was very professional and nice. Offered to come back another time.we were up by then. The property itself has issues but real complaint is dealing w company unfamiliar with home. SUPER FRUSTRATING.

The lockbox was empty when we arrived and the backup box code wasn't accessible without calling Vacasa. 10 hours on the road and couldn't get in - not a good way to start. Missing panel in the kitchen ceiling and no microwave available. Dishwasher not secured in location and very old, so we hand-washed the dishes. Carpets need cleaning and large blind in living room is very difficult to use. Fireplace face was loose, so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Grill pn the patio was dirty, with a dirty cooking utensil left next to it. Would have loved the view that was in the photos but instead, we got mountains and the newly added houses. Was ok, but not worth the huge expense.

As with every other review we would have to express our disgust at the cleanliness of the carpet. Truly needs to be addressed. Also, while the listing doesn’t say microwave, it is 2023 and it seems like an obvious feature not an upgrade. We actually purchased one for our stay from the local ACE hardware for 149.00 and took it home with us. I suspect the owner could afford 149.00? The decks were completely unswept and the gas grill tank was empty. When we contacted them about this we were told it was too late in the day to replace but they would reimburse us if we bought one…my second trip to ACE Hardware. We have stayed at this property before and it clearly has gone downhill. Invest a little money and I suspect t you could charge a little more. It’s really pretty awful…

Carpet is destroyed, Missing Microwave

Well I knew not to expect a great place…. Mountain rentals usually aren’t that nice at any price point and aren’t kept all that clean. I read reviews about cleanliness and I can verify the carpet is completely stained and absolutely needs replacing. I can also write that after this post the management will say that they will work on correcting this issue but they won’t as they haven't changed anything. The microwave was missing- the microwave box is in the laundry room but there was no microwave for us. The kitchen utensils/pans/ toaster are all heavily used. Actually the whole unit is heavily used top to bottom. There were plenty of supplies ie paper towels, various soaps, sponges etc so that was nice and the bedding was washed and the bedrooms / baths were clean enough. We always bring cleaning supplies, paper products, towels, etc and have at times cleaned a mountain VRBO due to being left dirty at check in but thankfully we didn’t need to do that here which is a plus. I always finish my reviews with the question - would I rent this unit again? NO! I would skip this property for another unit.
