We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the patios. Only suggestion I would have is if possible to spray the patios and pool area with bug repellent; annoying gnats or flying ants.

The interior and private pool and spa were clean. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The kids loved the lake area with the various attractions. Not quite five stars as some mattresses could be upgraded. Recommended!

The kitchen is well stocked. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved the location tucked away but did enjoy our time at the common area. Would recommend this cabin. We have already booked our stay next year and looking forward to it! Thank you to the owners and staff for always making our stay wonderful.

We had a mixture of adults, teenagers, and even one toddler. The pool was fantastic, and I appreciated the safety of it with a gate to enter the pool area that the toddler couldn’t access on her own. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house itself was very clean. The sunsets were beautiful, and the staff was very helpful.

great place for 20 people. very comfortable. Had some communication problems regarding checkout timings and had showers running cold water which they promptly came and fixed. over all really prompt and amazing place, will definitely recommend it.

Nestled in the woods

Lost moose lodge was a spacious log house for our family of 16 adults and 8 children. We enjoyed the inside areas as well as the outdoor porches and pool/hot tub. The house is located just a little off the main road but has the feel of total isolation. There were walking trails very near by that provided some great nature hikes and of course the bluebonnets and other wild flowers were in bloom!

The house is spacious and nicely tucked away to make it very private.Unfortunately the house was not properly cleaned and we had a wasp nest on the second floor.Also, being it a place that can sleep up to 24 people, it was not stocked with enough items such as trash bags.Despite these relatively minor issues, we had a perfect weekend in this awesome cabin.
