There is fishing, hiking, swimming and many other outdoor activities and games onsite or nearby. The 10 acre property is shared with one other home. There is a shared 50,000 gallon pool and spa. There are two fire pits on the property for campfires at night. The house has a outdoor BBQ grill for cooking your favorite foods. There is a herb garden outside the back door, which always has fresh herbs, parsley, kale and lettuce for guests to enjoy. The yard is neatly kept year round, as are the flower beds and other landscaping. The hiking trails are mowed and kept clear.
